Just grabbing some tasteless memes from another site. Most are too bad for this site but thought some of these may not push the limits here (and they're funny... at least to me).
Joke I played on the newly deployed marines on the ship I was on:
There was a phone booth on the hanger deck of the Helo Carrier that I spent some time on and it would work but only when in port where it could be hooked up. We set sail for a NATO mission (training) and about halfway across the Atlantic I decided to go down to the hanger deck to jog because the flight deck was closed off except for the person on watch due to high winds. Saw a couple dozen of the trees (what we called marines because they just stood in the way) so I got in the phone booth and pretended to talk for a good half hour. There was a line all the way around the hanger deck by the time I got out and QUICKLY walked off. An hour later, the line was still half way around the hanger deck as they kept trying to make it work.
