It didnt show that the Grandma of the Womens group is dead but that was a bad plan . They knew that they shot anyone that shows up at their sea side resort . 2nd half season is supposed to adress alot of the issues with the first 1/2 .
I was wrong , I watched the last Talking Dead and it does show the Grand Ma at Sea Side group died .

I am still protesting Carl’s death. I can’t talk myself into watching. I want to see the episode where they get Neegan, and then I think I am done.

People still watching this?

Well, I used to watch it religiously every Sunday, but this season, the spoilers don't seem to be so in my face, so we haven't yet seen it. Plus, we no longer have cable, so need to stream it. I just can't see paying that much for it each month, when I can get it elsewhere. But lately, we've been going to our local Ren Fest each Sunday, so don't get home till later, so it's get out of our armor, get a shower, some food, and then bed, lol.

I was a dedicated fan up to this season, and I guess I just got busy. I did watch last nights episode, and hadn’t even known about Carl getting the axe beforehand. Oh well, no one was ever guaranteed a long run on this show. I’d say Carl did pretty good. I read a couple seasons ago he got 90k per episode. Not bad for a kid that couldn’t act....

It's true....the kid who played Carl (Chandler Riggs) couldn't really act. I think he's gotten better though. He's a nice enough kid in person. Of course, I met him years ago, back when they were just getting into season 2, so it hadn't really gone big yet.

For me the whole show is about Carl being the future. He was just starting to take the bull by the horns and be somewhat of a Rick jr. if Carl’s dead, it like a bunch of other people waiting around to die.

It's a fair point. Of course, I haven't yet seen the new episodes, but I still doubt Carl is dead. (unless you see his head blown off or something).

Nope, he is a goner. I don’t want to be a spoiler here, but he ain’t coming back....

I just go to couchtuner to stream it. The pop up ads can annoying, you have to be quick to close the opened tabs. It's a lot cheaper than cable.

My wife grew up at the Minnesota Ren Fair (her dad built several of the smaller buildings), her mother still has a shop there. We go every year, it's a blast.

Amazon Firestick. ;) For me, it's more a matter of time to watch. Each night, after getting home from work, I've been busy trying to sell off the remaining inventory of our tack shop.

I always wanted Carl to get a haircut. He wasn’t my favorite, but I stopped watching when they killed him off. The whole show was about rebuilding the future for Carl and young people. Judith was barely there. Enid was a jerk, and Maggie was pregnant for forever. Now it’s just like they are a bunch of old people waiting to die.

A couple more characters that I don't much care for is that long haired sweat hog with the motorcycle that can bearly talk. And that greasy jungle girl that hooked up with Rick. I did like Neegan though.

Carl went just as I always expected him to....doing something amazingly stupid. He should have died ages ago. FTWD just didn't grab me from the start. Those guys made Rick look like Einstein. The only one with half a clue was the stoner...but then even he went off the reservation at the hacienda. I just don't know what the hell those writers were even thinking. We all wanted to see more of the breakdown. We got what, 3 episodes tops, of that?

The sweathog is Darryl. He's there for the ladies, though what the hell they see in him, is beyond me. Michonne is actually pretty badass, but it still begs the question of why they never seem to reuse WORKING strategies for dealing with the undead. Her two chained bodyguards/masks worked well enough on her own. Seems the same would work if you just had them all along the fence of the town, but oh well.

Of course, their rules on infection seem pretty contradictory. You can treat a weapon with zombie guts and turn someone.....but if you wear a bunch of zombie guts like a cape (and presumably get it in cuts, your mouth, eyes, nose, ears, etc.) you're hunky dory..... It makes no sense.

I just want him to wash his greasy, stringy hair. I don't care about the length but it drive me crazy watching him push it out of his eyes every 5 seconds.
