Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp to state legislators: Picking own presidential electors 'not an option'

https://www.yahoo.com/news/georgia-gov-brian-kemp-state-114116749.html

Kemp received a standing ovation from the approximately 200 members of the Georgia General Assembly in attendance for his lunchtime address.

The governor also received praise from Georgia Speaker of the House David Ralston, and not just for his handling of the post-election controversy.

“Being governor of a state is never easy, but in just the last few months he has managed through a pandemic and a suddenly smaller state budget,” Ralston said. “I appreciate more than he knows his leadership and his friendship both to me and every legislator here today.”

A special session would be pointless at this point.

It’s disgusting what ISN’T reported in attempt to paint a false picture.

I told the reporter that I work with TMS on constitutional law & religious freedom litigation only (specifically—my current representation of churches in CA). That was left out.

It might come as a shock to the idiots at WaPo, but an attorney CAN have multiple clients at once.

Face with tears of joy

This isn’t news, guys. It’s in my bio. You’re just TRYING to create a false perception. It’s a disservice to your few readers and shows how desperate you are.

This and many other reasons is why Texas is our Strongest State for FREEDOM!

Texas Sues Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin at Supreme Court over Election Rules

The State of Texas filed a lawsuit directly with the U.S. Supreme Court shortly before midnight on Monday challenging the election procedures in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin on the grounds that they violate the Constitution.

Texas argues that these states violated the Electors Clause of the Constitution because they made changes to voting rules and procedures through the courts or through executive actions, but not through the state legislatures. Additionally, Texas argues that there were differences in voting rules and procedures in different counties within the states, violating the Constitution’s Equal Protection Clause. Finally, Texas argues that there were “voting irregularities” in these states as a result of the above.”

“Texas is asking the Supreme Court to order the states to allow their legislatures to appoint their electors. The lawsuit says:

Texas approached the Supreme Court directly because Article III provides that it is the court of first impression on subjects where it has original jurisdiction, such as disputes between two or more states.”
Ted Cruz Agrees to Argue Pennsylvania Election Case if It Gets to the Supreme Court

DEC 07, 2020 7:06 PM ET

On Monday, Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas) said he’d make oral arguments before the Supreme Court if they agree to take up the case challenging the results of the Pennsylvania election.

“Petitioners’ legal team has asked me whether I would be willing to argue the case before the Supreme Court, if the Court grants certiorari. I have agreed, and told them that, if the Court takes the appeal, I will stand ready to present the oral argument,” Cruz said in a statement that appeared on Fox News. “As I said last week, the bitter division and acrimony we see across the Nation needs resolution. I believe the Supreme Court has a responsibility to the American People to ensure, within its powers, that we are following the law and following the Constitution.”

The lawsuit argues that Pennsylvania’s mass mail-in voting used during the 2020 election was unconstitutional, and therefore the election is void.

Sen. Ted Cruz served as solicitor general of Texas from 2003 to 2008 and has appeared before the Supreme Court nine times.

So when the Supreme Court rules the election wasn’t fraudulent will anyone hear eventually accept that? Not really a question, just a thought

I have something for those who still want to deny that there was massive fraud in this election.

It's called a "blue pill." It will allow you to remain in your blissful ignorance.

Take it and go back to sleep and the story ends. Then you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe

iu

Doc,
Now you have to tell the full truth. Yes, it's a "blue pill". But it must be taken via enema. People should know this before they sign up for it!

I'll make a deal with you Brent. I'll make sure the conservatives do not riot and burn their cities if the SCOTUS sides with the deep state, if, you will make certain the ANTIFA, BLM, deep state and dead voters don't rise up to riot and burn their cities when the SCOTUS sides with the "count only all legal votes under the rules established by each state legislature" crowd -otherwise known as conservatives.

I’m of the mindset that anyone who riots and vandalizes deserves to be shot on site reguardless of party affiliation

word is that Judge Amy and Kavenaugh are expected to work in "God" a few hundred times when they butt 性交 the DNC over this nationwide criminal racketeering stunt ...
the DNC will rule the day they screwed with these two !!!!!!!!!!!!!

That would be so sweet. Judge Amy needs to add in some "if you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen" pokes as well. How about this one, "You can't get a baby in one month by getting 9 pregnant women". And add... "And Joe Biden can't win one election by taking votes from imaginary votes from 8 alternative universes!" Really have fun with the "I am woman, hear me roar" mindset. (note, I'm not saying be a feminist, I'm saying a woman who can earn & yield power well without buying it on her back like heels-up Harris) I'm sure she will find a more elegant way to say this than I did above, and probably with more sting.

Ralston was involved just a year ago with inappropriate money 💰 taking. Not surprised at his backing at all! The guy is dirty as Kemp...just been at it longer.
