hasn't rained here in a long time, pasture is all dried up. This doesn't happen very often here

18 deg this morning. Should warm up to 30 or so.
About the same here. 46 and cloudy (rained yesterday). Supposed to drop all day and be in the 30's tonight. We turned the heat on for the first time this year, and it feels really good.
36° and wet outside!! North wind is blowing!! 40's only today, HARD freezes the next two nights, 20's!! That's WAY too early here! That will make the leaves turn! Last year's first freeze (30°) was October 19th, didn't freeze again until Nov. 12th! Will be near 80° this weekend!!

It is so weird how it will not be in the 20s here tonight like where Pearl is; 41° and feels like 23 ; low will be 33° tonight. Brought a few plants in.

Cold! Lows in the 20s and highs in the lower 40s. A couple more days then our highs should be back in the 50s and lows in the 30/40 range. Above freezing is so much easier.
Yeah, we are not that far away, but I am just that little bit west, in a valley, and many creeks, and much more rural! 40° here right now!! The lack of wind feels better! If the donkey shows up at your house, let him in, he hates the cold!!
