We didn't get any rain last night. Instead we got about 6 inches of snow.
There are times when I think I'd like to move over to the coast where it seldom snows or freezes. Maybe when I get old.

Thanks GG. I'm a spry 65 year old. But my wife says I have the mind of a 16 year old. The only time I really feel my age is when I'm butt deep in snow working on a break-down, or when I'm stuck somewhere on the side of a mountain.

I was the same way until February this year,,, mild heart attack and a stint,,, now I poop out pretty quickly

I got the right balance on snow. Normal year 3 times and it’s melted by noon. Long enough for purty pictures.

I can see how that would slow a person down.
My wife's biggest fear is that something happens to me. She can't plow or maintain 3 miles of road, or maintain all the generators, vehicles or equipment. She would have no choice except to move to a house in town and sell this place.

Got another 6 inches of snow last night. Need to fix the hydraulic leak on the tractor and weld up the snow plow today. And put the chains on the tractor.
