Fried bologna on a grilled cheese, side salad with some 1000 island dressing :)
My DW had a portobello mushroom cap, with pizza sauce, onions, pepperoni and cheese, along with some baked cheese crisps.

I tried something new. I had a couple pounds of conecuh sausage to use up so I made gumbo. I used a powdered gumbo base, chicken broth and the sausage.

It turned out way to salty. Suspecting it might turn out that way I used low sodium chicken broth. I could have used water but wanted the extra flavor.

I ended up pouring off about 3 cups of liquid and replacing it with water. That helped a lot.

It actually tastes pretty good now but still a touch on the salty side.
