What Are You Having For Dinner

Tonight I fried up a batch of wings, had a salad and pie.

I had been craving funnel cakes all day!

Filet, baked tater, & asparagus

Air baked chicken fried steak.
Air fried home fries seasoned with Steakhouse seasonings(home made version).
Green beans coffee.

It was midnight and I was hungry, couldn't think what to eat, plenty in the house. I found fresh ginger root, tail-on peeled shrimp and shiitake mushrooms.

So I made a pot of hot-n-sour seafood soup. I had a small bag of wonton so I whipped up a dipping sauce. Yummy, hit the spot.

Ginger sauce,leftover chicken chunks,shrimp dibs and dabs of fresh vegetables needing used up.
Served with rice cooked in smoking hot oil.
Popcorn ball for dessert.
Diet coke

I picked up some strip steak in town. For dinner I made cabbage and strip steak stir fry and had a bowl of hot n sour soup.

We did a beer butt chicken with baked potatoes and broccoli.

Thanks! It was my favorite at our local Home Depot they only had 4 sheets and at $15 a sheet it was more than I wanted to spend. We drove to another Home Depot 30 miles away and found it on clearance for $5 a sheet.

French Bread Pizza Brunch today...

Made cheesy Bundt bread yesterday. It turned out great! Had it with home canned chicken and rice soup.

Ritz crackers with cheese. No way to wash anything bc we don't have running water.

Last night my cabbage and strip steak stir fry was almost a disaster, but still edible. Tonight was a do-over, I knocked it out of the park if I do say so myself, it was good! I wish I'd made more for a late night snack. My hot n sour soup was yummy also.

My wife’s sister is a teacher and she keeps Jake sharp in his math class. She comes and tutors him on Wednesday evenings. She is on a Keto diet so we make dinner for her after tutoring. Tonight we made stuffed chicken breasts and bacon wrapped green beans. She didn’t get the bread this was my

We are having Lasagna, garden salad and the best part is my wife is cooking because I have been in court all day. Jury duty!

We went down the road about 8 miles to a new little BarBQ joint that hasn't been open a month yet. We will be going back. Pretty good. Highly likely I'll be picking up take out sometimes.

Making dinner and bringing it to my cousin's tonight. We're having greek chicken, chicken fried rice, sweet potatoes, and pineapple salad. She's making dessert. I'm hoping it's peanut butter pie.

Love good fish dinner.
Green beans with pearl onions have a teaspoon of bacon grease for flavor.
Basic cooking with the extras is all.
And I did take all those cooking classes too.
And I like to cook.

My oven died today.
After low and slow baking of 4 hours.
Major disappointment my chicken was raw.
So have no clue about supper.
But I don't feel lucky with the chicken.
