:huggs:If your hands are cold you can do like my mom used to do and run your hands and arms up my back to warm them. It feels good to have the cool on my back. Hugs are safe and I give them pretty freely once I know they are not offensive.

The snow is all but gone right now. We may get more in a few days but it's not a big deal. Just that time of year. It will be spring in another month or so.
Oh you just know some "WOKE" POS would have a fit. ...
HUGS FOR EVERYBODY BECAUSE SNOWFLAKES SUCK!

Fillet Mignon means "dainty fillet" The standard serving size is 3 ounces. The actual area that fillet comes from is tapered from about 4" in diameter to 1 inch in diameter. The steaks are typically 1 to 3 inches thick.
What you had was a standard size fillet perhaps on the large side. They are the most tasteless cut of beef that exists. That is why they are wrapped in bacon and covered in sea salt. Their only claim to fame is that they are the tenderest cut of beef on the steer. - oh and the price per pound because there is so little fillet on each steer.
