I fried a batch of wings for dinner, had a salad too.

Ham sandwich with melted pepper jack cheese, snack bag of bbq chips, green beans with silvered almonds, silvered garlic.
Tomorrow lunch will be homemade shrimp fried rice, raspberry yogurt,coffee.

After working today on the beds a grilled cheese sounds pretty decent

Went to the Whistle Stop Cafe for lunch with my daughter. She had a pancake, egg, and bacon. Their pancakes are the size of a dinner plate and a half inch thick. I can't handle that many carbs plus syrup, so I had a 3 egg, sausage and cheese omelet with toast. It was fantastic.

I was going to thaw out another 1/2lb of ground chuck... and make chili or tacos, but I forgot. Still had a 1/2lb thawed I needed to do something with...
