I already went through mine, now good luck finding any. I like to add a can of chicken and some cream of chicken soup to mine for a more homey taste.

Anyway, tonight its potato and egg sandwiches, no turf. extra mayo. needs cheese, but I'd be sick all night.

Probably burgers, my stupid 1974 fridge is still defrosting.

Just for my son AMC the ruben version of meat salad!
Warm 1 can of corned beef in a microwave until it is pliable.
add 2 tablespoons of jalapeno relish.
add 2 tablespoons of sweet relish.
add1/8th cup of shredded red onion
add 1/4 cup or Woebers horseradish sauce.
add 1/8 cup of Duke's honey sweet BBQ sauce
Blend well, serve on toasted sesame seed bun with a slice of Swiss and a spoon of kraut.

Going out tonight with a cousin and his wife. So dinner will be probably mexican. Little granddaughter will be going to the amish family I do the school driving for this evening. Then they are going by buggie to my favorite cousin's place for a massage and adjustment (which is done by $donation around here), so little granddaughter can also play with her cousins.

I made Sushi and it turned out great. Put smoked salmon ( I made that too) , avocado, cucumber and spicy mayo in it, rice on the outside and some fried panko bread crumbs for crunch. It was really good. I thought I had some wasabi but couldn't find it or it would have been even better
First time I made this so I was happy it turned out :)

I still have some leftover baked chicken with Parmesan coating, along with some mashed taters & gravy, so I'll throw together a small side salad and just eat that later. I'm having a "hair of the dog" right now, go figure. Tastes pretty good though, and I'm not really hungry yet so I'll probably have another, lol. Movie time here pronto! ;)

Went into town for electrical supplies. Stopped at Heavy D's (more like man mountain Mike) for pulled pork sandwiches. Something happened to his mom while we were there and he had to leave in a hurry.

We were the only customers, he had just opened so we volunteered to help out. He showed us where everything was and we made our own sandwiches and watched the place while he ran out. No, we had never met before.

He was back in about two hours after getting his mom fixed up. Dinner was on the house but we left a big tip. I think we did OK serving up dinner to three more couples. No one complained. They were on the honor system to come back later and pay. I think they will. It was a bit of a lark for us.

I got adventurous yesterday, and made this shrimp with a rotini pasta in Alla Vodka sauce. It turned out pretty well. Wife loved it. I'm still not sure if she loved it because it was good or because she didn't have to cook, but I will take the compliment. Fits my two basic requirements: it is easy, and I like all of the ingredients.
