Sloppy Joes made with canned stewed beef+peppers and onions+Manwich.
They have been marinating over night, Sloppy Joes are like chili or
beans, ALWAYS better the next day.

Stupid autocorrect. And fat fingers. One of these days I’m going to learn to read what I typed out before I actually post it. It was supposed to say a JAR of Prego.
I have my autocorrect turned off, but google sometimes feels the need to make it their's!!☹️

The last of my roast beef sloppy Joe's, maybe fish and shrimp later.

I got a recipe for fast food in the Fallout 4 video game, its a meatball in sauce with cheese on a yeast roll called a "Spuckie's".
1 Lb of ground beef.
1 cup of drained mushroom chunks.
1 cup of drained black olives.
1/4 cup of onion diced, or 1/8th cup of minced onion.
1/2 cup of diced green peppers.
1 egg.
1/2 cup of cracker crumbs.
Mix thoroughly, make into 2" balls, flatten lightly and brown on one side, add 1 cup of your favorite tomato paste/Spaghetti sauce, flip, and simmer for 15 minutes, serve on a yeast roll with a garnish of pizza mix cheese and a spoonful of sauce. wrap in tin foil and let sit an hour before serving, keep warm in an oven at 120 degrees ten minutes before serving.

Leftover chicken & rice, and I'm hungry too! Just gotta load the plate and nuke it, might make a small green salad on the side! I usually don't eat this late (almost midnight), but I'm celebrating the rain that's pouring down right now, lol...
We had rain all night, too. What a welcome relief.

I should probably finish the last of the leftover chicken & rice, it has been kicking around the fridge for a week, lol. It's still tasty, but I don't like to push my luck where food storage in the fridge is concerned, better to rotate stock and work my way through all the leftovers. No waste that way either, I don't like to see food wasted. The chef, HE can be wasted, lol... but NOT the food! That's the way it is around here, teetotalers be damned, lol... 🤣

Went out for Sushi tonight to celebrate our anniversary.
