Must be cheeseburger Friday because that is what I am having too!

I’m leaning towards milkshakes. Ac is out until a new capacitor arrives and it’s not a great plan to cook anything that will warm up the house.
Steak and camp taters
Sliced with onions and butter wrapped in foil for about 45 minutes

Grilling was unpleasant today. Should have had a yogurt and called it good. My cheeseburger was good though.
Leftover ground beef and pasta. Beef had all sorts of goodies in it!
BT sandwich on toast.

I have reservations at an Italian Bistro. They make pasta, antipasti and wood fired pizzas.
Cooking 3 pounds of hamburger for tacos, burritos, and nacho filling. Will get wife to make some guacamole. I know what I am having for supper for the next 3 or 4 days.
For dinner like yesterday

I did mix big patty with garlic and steak spices
then did cook in olive oil a bit the onion slice in pan
then cut onion slice in 4 put it over the meat
put in the big burger bread from oven ..it was heaven

Fajitas! Made a foil pack of bell peppers and onions, will grill up a seasoned chicken breast and a few jalapenos. Then all I have to do is toss together some pico and guacamole. Add a tortilla, some cheese, some hot sauce and a Dr. Pepper and dinner will be ready.
Fajitas tomorrow, leftover chicken fried steak and all the fixings tonight!!
I think we are all syncing up. Cheeseburgers last week, Fajitas this week. Maybe someone should post a menu in advance and we can all make those foods on our own. Like the Friday Five only meal based.

Finally I ate my dinner before 5 pm ...too hungry lol
BBQ pork ribs and green beans. Have homemade ice cream in the freezer and will walk down to the river and get some blackberries to put in it for Hubby.

Alright, I have some grilled chicken so tomorrow I will make fajitas.

Have you considered Fish Fajitas? Doesn't matter, all Mexican food is really the same just in different formats.
Now that the parental unit is home I’m back to cooking. Parmesan crusted salmon, salt potatoes and green beans with tomatoes.

Sunday, Pizza day 
Actually I have tried Fish Fajitas. It was okay.
I have also tried homemade Fish fried rice.
I love to cook but hate dishes.

I made sourdough pizza dough and had pizza a few days ago.
Topped with hamburger, sausage, shrimp,peppers(red,green, yellow and orange) with homemade pizza sauce.
With herb blend I grew, dehydrated, mozzeralla cheese.
Steak Fajitas Nachos
Third and last day of Russian salmon loaf. I put some smoked trout in it this time as well. OMG, we could eat it for another week. It is really good.
He is. Although lunch the last he really enjoyed—rigatoni bolognese and green beans.
The food at this hospital actually isn’t bad. When I was in for my two surgeries and one very special procedure, I enjoyed it. I know, with me, not having to clean up afterwards factored into it. LOL
