Decided to defrost Swedish Meatballs & Sauce for dinner. Will add some mashed potatoes.

Going the chicken fajita route again! Made a menu for the week, we both decided fajitas sounded good for tonight!!
Change of plans!! My chicken didn't thaw, got put in the back of the fridge!
So it looks like hamburger steaks with onion gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans and King's Hawaiian rolls I got on clearance today! Giant glasses of milk as always!!
I am going to make my own version of a Whopper with a grilled 1/3lb ground chuck patty. I am even toying with idea of making some home fries. Just put a Coke in the fridge.
Pulled pork the wife cooked in the croc overnight. Tater salad, cole slaw, baked beans, croissants, fruit. Sis and her family and my favorite Cuz came by and brought a bunch a food and visited for a while.
I lied. Decided to make a 1/2lb patty so it would fit the large bun perfectly once cooked. Take that colon!
Leftovers:
Vegetable soup,chicken strips,nacho cheese dip with chips.

Put a pork loin in the smoker a bit ago. Will let it slow cook with apple wood for a while, then I will wrap it in butcher paper adding butter and brown sugar. Having some coleslaw and a zero sugar Root Beer with it.

Too busy today after running to the airport and back and all the houseguests, so picked up meals at the amish place. I had the fried chicken dinner, mashed potatoes with cream gravy, corn, and a roll with cinnamon honey butter. Picked up a chocolate cream pie to bring to the MRI staff tomorrow for my appt. When they called and found out where I lived, they hinted they all wished for chocolate cream pie. So I'll bring them one.

Tonight is finally FAJITA night!!
I wanted tacos but the lady suggested we do Mexican tomorrow night, so I will just have some leftover pork loin and a container of low sugar Greek yogurt. Plus a root beer of course.

I made a roast, and husband decided he wants burritos. So roast beef burritos it is.
Its been a few months so time for one of my favorite meals. Kosher beef franks wrapped in thick slice bacon and deep fried. A little hotdog relish and onion, these things are so good they should be illegal.

I'm going to fire up the grill shortly and cook some chicken breasts. When I went to the store for an emergency supply of bacon today, I picked up a birthday cake for me.
Update: the wife doesn't feel good so I'll just have toast for dinner.

Mexican food. I haven't even seen the menu and I know I am getting shredded beef or pork enchiladas.

Thank you! It's called a celebration cake. White cake with a vanilla frosting. The store didn't have much of a selection.
Happy belated birthday. Sometimes a simple cake is better than a fancy one.
As is my habit, I poured myself a couple fingers of Scotch Whisky, and began chopping vegetables for a salad.
Onion, green onion, celery, carrots, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, dill, kale, avocado, mozzarella, hard boiled eggs.
I will use Chunky Blue Cheese dressing because it's a bit expired, wife will do balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
I also add croutons and honey glazed walnuts to mine.

Hotdogs again tonight, so good. Thinking I'll fry up some catfish tomorrow. Unless I go to town. Need to pick up another gallon of bbq sauce from my favorite pit in which case I'll bring home some pork butt or ribs.
