Not dinner, but breakfast. Wife's famous "Egg McGuffin." Ham, cheese, egg, grilled onion, tomato, mushroom, on lightly toasted french bread, slathered in ketchup. Yum-yum!

Cooked a big pot of collards and mustard greens. With smoked jowls thrown in and some cast iron skillet cornbread. Getting an early start on the New Year.

I made spaghetti and some french bread for little granddaughter and I. Husband back on his diet, so he's having a ground turkey patty and vegetables.
