Grilling some chicken and having cauliflower rice.
It's my favorite time of the year! I can sit around a fire and cook! Northern beans, smoked pork necks flavored up with onions and jalapenos with a big slice of honey cornbread and a wedge of yellow onion.
I would be there for dinner, if only I had an airplane and no obligations.
Their salad is one of my favorites!Tonight we are having Salad using the same recipe Olive Garden uses, sans the croutons for me. Since I need more protein than that I will also put out the leftover meats & cheeses from the other night.
