Turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes, carrots, milk!! We were going to have that last night (leftovers), but I made cheeseburgers instead!!

Dinner was a big bowl of chili a cousin brought over. Had my favorite lunch today though... thick slice bacon and home fries w/bell peppers and onion...

Tomorrow for breakfast - My first attempt cooking egg fried rice. Shouldn't be a problem.

It’s windy and cold today so it seemed like a perfect day for soup. I opened a can of Progresso New England Clam Chowder. The flavor was magnificent! The “best by” date on the can was Nov 11, 2018. So much for the date!

We just finished the product of my culinary talents. Beef & vegetable stew. My flour slurry was a little on the thin side for the amount ( 5 quarts) Lotts of mixed veggies & chunks of 4 huge potatoes.
I used a big shoulder roast.
I pressure cooked the beef chunks with Lipton beef & onion dry soup mix.
Not my best ever , but good enough to eat it 2 more times.

Greek chicken, green beans, and sweet potatoes. Bought some ice cream today, so probably have that for dessert.

Chicken noodle soup with leftover meat off the hen I killed yesterday. And gluten free rotini noodles.

Don't know yet. I just got back from BOL1 and I'm waiting for the crowds to die down at the supermarket before I go grocery shopping.
