Yep relate to your sons thin but tall look here as well, although I am starting to put on a little more weight and my jeans now are holding up instead of sliding off the other end of me and yes I can now stand and open automatic shopping centre doors without asking someone larger to stand on the sensor mat, yippee.

SC, I need you here. I don't think my house has ever been as clean as yours! I have a lady coming this morning to clean mine since I'm still not able to bear weight yet. I should be able to start doing mine own house next time. Then it needs a deep clean. I need to go put my bed sheets in the wash so they'll be ready by the time she gets here.

It's good you are picking up weight, Sewing. I can put on weight pretty easily, because I love to cook and eat. So, I have to watch it. Trying to stick with oatmeal for breakfast, salad for lunch, and sometimes smoothie for dinner. Usually husband talks me out of smoothie for dinner. Tonight though, is steak with baked fries. Am craving meat.
Don't do too much, Nanny Patty! It's good you have someone coming in. I remember when I had surgery on both knees and things that just had to wait.

A trip to town about 10 miles away today. Stopped at the local nursing home and chatted with a few ladies. I went there with the thought to read from my Bible if anyone wanted me to since older eyes don't see as well sometimes, but ended up just getting to know a few folks. Next time maybe, just doing it as something to volunteer a little time. Made one payment at a store, went to the bank, did monthly Walmart thing and came home. Mostly relaxing the rest of the day except for normal dog and goat chores. DH has someone coming over tomorrow to mow and then spray the yard for weeds. I won't be home, helping a friend out near where we lived before we got the house in town.

Yay! Getting some lick tubs from my brother in law for gardening this year! Thought I was out of luck with our set up.

Worked through to about 2 pm. Got out to the property and planted 4 Tree Wisteria and watered that whole side of the land . Pecan, Mulberry, Paw Paw, crabapple, maples and Persimmon. I'll get up early tomorrow and plant my 4 new American Redbud and water the other side, Mulberry, Cherry, Peach, Apple, Pear, Fig, Plum, Blackberry, Almond, Hazelnut, Elderberry, Maples and Willows...... Then I mix a batch of copper and Need oil and spray. Late winter early spring is an awesome time of year. It's absolutely beautiful out right now and going to be very comfortably cool for what appears to be the next couple weeks. A bit of rain here and there. Perfect. Nothing like our usual extremes! Lol......

Worked all day in my new shop. Put up shelving and moved a bunch of stuff. Moved my heavy drill press. Sure could use one of my boys here to help.

Today I checked on 2 calves that were born Wednesday, they were fine. I went up and checked the hay field I burned 8 days ago. It's starting to turn green!

@Terri9630 found a pod of dolphins and hitched a ride to protect me from sharks :thumbs up: . Might be awhile longer though it is a long way to swim but I did qualify for the Olympics in swimming previously so a pretty good swimmer fortunately. Thanks for the invite to dinner I might just eat you out of house and home by the time I have finished deep cleaning @NannyPatty 's house though .

@BugoutBob It is a good sized rubber tub that holds minerals for livestock (beef cows in this instance). I put in drainage holes with a screwdriver and soil. Instant raised bed! I got some heirloom tomato seeds and tomato cages. Three cages fit in one tub.

Hello everyone and hope you are all having a good day .

Not a lot done today but we did do the washing up and drying of the dishes in the kitchen and DH did some spot weeding of around 3/4's of the house and back paddock lawns. I spent most of the day listing items on eBay as they are having a free listing promotion that ended tonight and I am pleased with what I got done.

You are just like everyone here. "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God." We shouldn't compare ourselves to others, but to Christ, who is to be our example. I fail every day, but I keep trying! I'm not trying to preach to you my friend, I'm just trying to explain.

Got a bunch of household and school stuff to get done today...leaving in the a.m. for the week for husband's medical stuff in Colorado. Am hoping a bunch of chicks are hatching while we're gone...incubators are full. So I'm setting up brooders. My cousin's husband in the hospital in Wichita..just had cancer removal surgery yesterday, and am so glad she has a cell phone. She's been texting all morning for company, which is great, because normally she doesn't have a phone. A neighbor is stopping by today to see how we predator proof our chicken runs. She's new in the neighborhood and am glad to meet her more.

Don't feel alone @Resto. It's my job to 'light people up' everyday. It happens. Doesn't mean I'm any less a nice guy. I do both. Just happens I get paid for one. I say don't do things to get lite up for and you won't.

Do not define yourself by your feelings or emotions, by your circumstance, by your mistakes, by your failures or by your weaknesses. Do not define yourself by your triumphs or successes or wealth. Believe only what God says about you. Start believing that you are perfect and pleasing, you are fearfully and wonderfully made, that He created you to be imperfect, that He created you with a purpose, that He and He alone defines you. That He defines you as His beloved. You are a precious child of God, a co-heir with Christ and the Holy Spirit lives within you. Do not desire to be someone else, just believe in your identity in Christ and receive your inheritance.

Then wife and I will go to Hometown Market , for a BubbaBurger, which just so happens to be the best hamburger in the whole wide world,

Then we go see my Doc friend for another treatment on the wifes back.

Then go around and drop off the Gruntstyle Tee shirts I bought for my 3 Grandsons.....
Of course I got me one too.

what waters are you swimming in ? It has been a long time since I snorkle dived in The Keys.
