Hauled hay most of the day, then with basic chores done...we worked on the cattle chute area...
We are getting a new chute, one that is made for longhorn cattle ...
Should be here around the 25th of this month.
told my husband the other day if I get any oil money, I am buying a new chute. Can't work cows without one, especially branding or vaccinating them. Have to carry to vet to do instead. One we have is old and totally rusted in place. Cannot open or move any part, gate or head gate. Enjoy your new one!

Yea that's how it's done.
I have less than $200 total in mine.
It will be 7'X8.5' and 6'2" tall.

Kinda a cool idea. It says you can get the pdf free but he’s changed that policy. Bummer. Interesting idea for sure though. Thinking of making something similar the kids can move their plants too since they are sprouting and it’s far too cold. Thanks for the post.

Ham and bean soup done! Made a small batch of regular and one of decaf cold brew coffee (that stuff is great and easy to make). Made a keto type coffee creamer caramel flavor with stevia to sweeten. Finished and packaged the pumpkin dog treats. I hope to be outside tomorrow some as dh cancelled his egd until after the cardiologist visit.

Have pitted bones in tibia and femoral.
My doctor is out of the office this week.
After she and I have a discussion.
Then I will see Orthopedic Surgeon.

Peanut, sorry you are hurting. yes your wellness or moods can and do alter our perceptions, Never talk with me when I have run out of coffee (never happens -- I have a two year supply). The desert will run dry before I run out of coffee. Do you think it is a flu or some type of allergy? Hope what ever it is , it goes away faster than it came.
Amen on the coffee brother. Brought back a jar of instant from Hawaii with me, packing it into BOL this weekend, along with a couple other odd brands of instant I've found around town. Wife is still in Hawaii and says she needs another suitcase to bring back all the real coffee she's buying over there:coffee:. Since I've been back I've been walking the puppy so she can burn off all that energy and I'm back in the gym heavy lifting.

So far today I have been visiting my old friend in a nursing home and another friend close by with another friend as visiting teachers and we all had a good time.

After getting home DH washed up the dishes in the kitchen and cleaned the benches and I dried them and put them away. We then went to the supermarket and got 3 whole chickens on special saving $9.50 on usual prices.

In the kitchen we decided to make another large cheesecake with cream cheese purchased on special and free lemons we froze the juice of earlier and it is cooling off in the refrigerator and should be ready for dessert after our mice and garden vegetable stir fry made with vegetable picked and frozen from our gardens.

After dinner we will fold up 3 loads of washing and put them away.

That sounds like a new knee to me! Mine's being replaced during the heat of the summer, that way I should be done with this house and still be able to get to a deer stand this winter.
The cortisone shots help for a month then I have to wait for two months for another.
Hopefully you can get yours fixed quicker than that!

Wrapped up a 12 hr day in 5 hrs. The "Customer" is Very Happy. My Team, re organized their ClusterXXXX, by asking the right questions, then changing the Venue and Eqpt. You will probly see this on Youtube in 10 years. Real Aerospace Magic. In the "Brief" we all looked at each other like "We Aint "DIE INN" in "THAT" Ball Of Flame And You "AINT" Either". Stopped by to see Ms Chen on the way Home. She weren't Happy. Her Honda broke down. She wanted me to tell her where the Battery is, in her GLK Benz, so she could Jump start the Honda. The GLK Batt is Hidden AND YOU DONT JUMP ANYTHING WITH IT. SOOOO..... after her expression of ANGER, for not telling her where and why, I jumped the Honda with my Truck and took it in for repairs. I also paid for it. That didn't go over well. I was calm the whole time and that just made it worse. She HATES, taking my Time or anything of mine, But I got Double Hugs and Kisses. She also apologized for her bad attitude earlier. I smiled and said "Don't Worry Honey....Life Is Like That". I "Out Karma'ed" a "China Doll". She is a TOTAL Giver to build Good Karma for her next life. You should have been there 6 years ago, when I shared The Gospel with her. I coulda used some Holy Water and a Crucifix that day. We got through it and it brought us closer. Ive been thinking about building her a 12" Barrel AR in 5.56, with a Brace. I thought a 16" M4 would work and Im sure she would Muscle it around, but she is tiny and fast. Time for Beer and sleep. Semper Fi.
