Back to late shift tonight after covering my co-worker's early arvo to early evening shift yesterday so back to relaxing pace rung up Forensics SA in Adelaide this morning yes they confirmed the same information I got 2 days ago about my voluntarily taken blood samples being received Monday but the office lady wasn't able to confirm if testing had been done yet or not except to keep an eye on my mail box for confirmation certificate
I read up the Product Disclosure Statement attached to my compo premium insurance it confirms that both parties will be looked after in terms of payment for repairs or settlement in my case pending if the replacement vehicle clause is on certificate of Insurance i'll get a refurbished second hand vehicle otherwise it will be a cash settlement on the payout which will allow me to purchase my selected vehicle and pay remainder off over so many months
@zannej yes police came out talked to me and other chap involved organized the towing in addition to breatho test, issuing police report cards and me a notification of incoming expiation notice, over here in Australia it is up to both parties to exchange insurance details on scene or afterwards i gave out my policy number and insurer to the other person and yet he hasn't disclosed any aside from that letter demanding said favorable outcome, hence why my insurer being RAA has flagged it due to other party's reluctance to provide their policy number and company in order for repairs if any is required to be undertaken so his vehicle can be operational again in shortest time possible
@LadyLocust i don't wanna compare my current predicament with yours as its entirely different but it sounds like you are having the same headache in terms of being to made wait for an outcome like I am as we've both got to wait for the assessor/adjuster to make their final determination before reaching the finish line
