Damn that looks good!Im cooking cabbage with pickled pork and smoke sausage. The first part is done, fried the meat with onions, peppers, celery, garlic. Pepper and seasoning, now Ill add the cut up cabbage to smother down.

Yeah, one thing I learned about peppers is you can’t just wash that stuff off. Once you start feeling that burn on your skin it’s too late. It’s going to burn for a while. Why do we like things like this?.....Last night was one of my favorite meals; bacon wrapped stuffed jalapenos. The peppers were stuffed with cheese, chopped bacon, diced habaneros and Thai chilli's.
Tip: use gloves while chopping habaneros. Some body parts can be very sensitive to habanero oil.....
