the way I look at it..it's knocking on my door...as my class mate said today,russkies have only a small portion of the gulf of Finland,Estonia is in Nato,we don't like mad-Vlad here,he fears we block it and leave his fleet bottled up,it's only 60km from here to Estonia,some nice mines across and voila',it's shut!

One doesn't fire a EMP weapon just to silence and expect no retaliatory strike (and no, a EMP weapon won't silence the US on the contrary) to contemplate such a move is foolish, you can defend putin all you want that's your prerogative but to say "The world is better off with Vlad" is a little over the top though I think you spend to much time reading rt news

I can accept you being a staunch supporter and a patriot, but that does not make it right for the US to meddle into affairs of countries like it has in Lybia, Irak, Afganistan and so on? Just because US want world control over the oil and gas of those countries ? Us should look at its own infrastructure falling apart, their school system and health care? Better to spend the money there than continuous war mongering, that has been going on for the past 60 yrs?
And I know for a fact that RT news is more honest than CNN or Fox, who have been hiding the facts from the US people!

Your dislike for the US and the West in general is very apparent cavemanjoe "meddle into affairs of countries" russian empire/soviet union/russia has done this way before the times of America lets not forget the soviet union was in afganistan before the US, how about Finland, Sweden lets not forget about the baltics your argument that russia is innocent doesn't hold water. My interest in USA is my daughter and grandkids living there and it worries me that they are ignorant of what is going on.

Practically most here see obama and putin as a threat, I don't think most even come close to liking/believing obama and certainly don't trust him period, Soldiers always had to fend for themselves when returning from war, a few of us here have served, I spent 12yrs active total time from 1975-1988 my Daughter spent 2 tours Iraq her husband spent 3 tours Iraq 2 tours Afghanistan, my oldest brother KIA 1969 in nam my moms brother KIA 1967 in nam, I am in far better position to speak of how vets are treated then you Sir!, governments always done very little for returning vets that's a fact WWI/WWII/Korea was no different! that's not corruption it is nothing more then a lack of caring/planning/funding, also, a good number of discontent for returning nam vets was from the people (primarily protesters) not the government, the KGB fueled much of that discontent by financially supporting the protests (that's from russia own admission not some conspiracy crap)

Yes I do believe 9/11 was Bush government? I do not support Putin, but Crimea has been part of the Russian federation since 1954 when Cruschev gave it to Ukraine? you can freely think what you want about my comments but the future will tell and the outcome will be bad for us all. Sorry for you all but my cave is plenty deep and in several places with clean fresh ocean air all the time!
