I have a problem with people trying to tell me to cut out entire food categories. Humans are omnivores
I am not going to cut out meat, carbs, or chocolate either. It's not the way I want to live my life. I want to eat what is enjoyable to eat, which is all sorts of things. NOT junk and processed stuff ( which is not enjoyable to me, it tastes bad) but homecooked meals with a variety of ingredients. I am never going to be a vegan, but I enjoy making occasional vegan meals. I am never going to cut out carbs and just eat meat either. I am going to eat grain, meat, vegetables, fruit, dairy. I am also going to eat some sweets. I just have to limit the amounts.
one more thing, personally the very first thing I think anyone should cut out almost completely is soda. It is useless calories and chemicals that serve no purpose and have no nutritional value at all. I don't consider soda "food"
