week 26 day 1
I ended up making 2 meals yesterday since we are planning on getting some hay today. Made lentil soup with sausage and Streuselkuchen ( its more like a sweet bread) and had a little bit of that yesterday
also had a piece of toast with peanut butter and an apple
It's not really that hard to not eat junk if you don't have any in the house, so the diet really starts at the grocery store LOL. But with prices for chips and such lately we can't afford to eat junk any way. It's actually much cheaper to eat healthy , believe it or not. Rice, beans , cabbage, carrots and even chicken you cook yourself are still relatively cheap. But when you buy processed things, snacks, large pieces of beef and such, prices go up a lot
