Where in Alaska? We lived in Eagle River outside of Anchorage. I taught at a school in Chugiak.

I got some family from there. I've visited there. I'm not certain about my ancestry though..

My husband's work took us there and took us away from there. We loved the 4 years we lived in Alaska.

I have been posting on forums for many years now and was recently told about this one.

Thank you for having me here.

I am a retired high school English teacher. I am married with four grown children. I home schooled 3 of my 4 children through high school and they are all college graduates now.

Also, I know some of you from a previous forum. I am using a new name here and won't mention any names or forum names here. You can figure it out, I"m sure.
