Back in 2000, I had that made up as a sign in both English and Arabic for the owner of FB riding stables at Giza. Every word of it is true when they rent horses to tourists.

When i was at Giza they had camels near the pyramids. Seem like it was $2 or $3 to get on one. The owner would lead the camel a few hundred yds then come back too the start point.

Then the guy wanted more money to make the camel lay down so you could get off. A buddy went first and paid extra to get off the darned thing. Me, when i was asked for more money i just threw my leg over and slid down. I wasn't paying extra! Camels are tall but the ground was sand!!! 😁

Yeh, they do like to Shanghai the tourists. Another favorite is to offer to take a picture and then hold the camera hostage.

I rescued a lot of tourists. The worst, was one poor guy who paid for a horse tour of the Giza and Sakkara pyramids. He was was wearing shorts and a T-shirt and no hat.

The problem is that the Giza pyramids are right next to the stables but the Sakkara pyramids are 13 km away.

I came across him near Sakkara and he was so rubbed raw from the saddle and severely sun burned that he was justifiably crying. The guy leading his horse had him going at a full run and he was lost with no idea where he was.

I caught up to them on my horse and stopped them. I walked him over to the Sakkara country club and got him a taxi back to his hotel in Cairo. It probably ruined his whole holiday.

@ClemKadiddlehopper I was in izmir turkey, always wore cowboy boots. Couple buddies and I were on a sidewalk. A little kid, 7/8, ran up saying ‘Shine Joe!’ ‘Shine Joe!’, had a kit. We turned him down.

Before I could blink he wiped a gob of shoe polish on my boot. Then it cost $2 to finish the job. I wanted to wipe it off on the seat of his pants! Quick little bas#*. 🤣 I had to laugh... my boots needed a good shine anyway but I made him earn that $2. 😈

Expert-Verified Answer moles of H₂SO₄ = 1.471/98 = 0.015 moles. so moles of 2NaHCO₃ is 2 x 0.015 = 0.03 moles. Ans:- 0.03 moles of sodium bicarbonate are needed to neutralise 0.8 ml of sulphuric acid at stp.
