My mom did that with potatoes, I like Heinz 56 myself. My aunt uses mayonnaise, it makes them fluffy. (Cracker Barrel trick.) It's pretty good really.

fan of fish on a pizza either, Now a cheeseburger Pizza, to me isn't a pizza either, but

My local BBQ guy does a half-pounder Hawaii BBQ burger.
Roast pork, pineapple ring, roasted onions and peppers, guacamole, a slice of maybe a mango, peppers, and an Angus patty.
