Drizzly, yucky!! Bad storms overnight tonight. 53° right now. No cold weather until the end of the week, looks like it will stick around when it gets here!

Our forecasted snowfall accumulation here for the day after Christmas:Screenshots from my earlier Livestream.. 12z GFS run. While there's been run to run consistency over the past three days, I think the GFS went crack smoking stupid!!
That is your refund check for a low spinny thing season.I didn't know whether to put this in the jokes thread or here.
Yes, some weather-people do actually have a brain.
One of ours posted this on facebook:
Our forecasted snowfall accumulation here for the day after Christmas:
7-8" for us .
No need to waste 'next-day-air' shipping on it.Ok, should get a squall line about 4am here! Will send it east as quickly as possible!!
Just after 5am, two tornado warnings to my west. The line slowed a bit. It's 64°, just waiting now!So it's 4am, squall line about 1 hour away, under a tornado watch!! Feeding the outside kitties now, getting Bear out for a pee. Will be dressed and prepared for these storms!
Homes destroyed and injuries to my north. Patch, you are under a tornado warning!!Tornado warning to my north. Another to my southwest, confirmed on the ground. Storm should just pass to my south, Patchouli needs to watch for this one!!
I watched the front go over us.Big rain on the way, supposed to be here starting at noon. 3-5 inches this afternoon.
Wonder if the rain falling now counts? I'm in the severe weather zone, might get a little windy too.
Probably lose internet for a bit...
Well I saw our lights flicker a few times this morning (which never happens), so I figured something was going on somewhere nearby.I watched the front go over us.
Temp dropped from 74° to 63° in an hour, ending our fierce gusty-winds the last 2 days that constantly blew stuff over on the patio .
We only had a few 'hit&run' showers .18" .
Your turn!
Hunker down @Peanut !“At this time, we have one injury,” Breaux said. “With help from the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office, we are setting up a command post at New Iberia Senior High School for those displaced from their homes. This is an active situation, and we ask that everyone continue to shelter in place. Check on your neighbors and loved ones.”
