We had a Philly steak and cheese sort of affair. We chopped and fried some thin sliced beef, mushrooms, onions and green peppers, then topped with melted provolone and drizzled with a garlic Parmesan cheese sauce.
That sounds good.Parmesan chicken, mashed potatoes, and stuffing. Vegetable undecided as yet.
That's a hard act to follow, Hashbrown! I made Goulash!
