Kept waiting for onion, loved the green onion at the end!! Easy breezy, I'd make it for breakfast or lunch too!!

If onions are the hero ingredient go ahead and add them. Who cares? The only thing that matters is that you like it. 😄

With the garlic, the green onions were perfect!! I never follow recipes exactly, except when baking!! It's so nice watching recipes!! Thanks Morgan!!

Cheeseburgers, chips, peaches.

I was just thinking of peaches. Bought a frozen peach pie this afternoon. Noticed at the store... there were 2 peach popovers in a small box for $4.25. A whole pie was $6! Guess they needed to sell pies! So i bought one. Not a big fan of marie callender but it'll do.

I miss our trees, we grew some great peaches!! Don't miss the work. After 30days of picking and selling peaches i was sick of them... til next year! 🙃 There is nothing like a ripe peach right off the tree. At night I'd slice one up and have it over the pricey vanilla icecream. Only time i bought ice cream all year. 😁

These were local peaches canned last year! Really good!

You are quite welcome. Cooking is new to me, and I totally agree. It is much easier to watch somebody do it rather than reading ingredients and instructions from a page.

Round two of the fix your own burritos bar!!
Spicy taco beef burritos /W/ sour cream and Texas Pete.
chocolate cake and iced coffee for dessert.

We don’t have a pressure cooker (we do have a pressure canner but it’s way too big for feeding just two of us), but I think it’ll work out fine slow-cooked on the stove or in the crock.
Put a steel mixing bowl full of your ingredients in it and then fill it with water up to about two inches of the bowl, kind of like a double boiler, run the heat a bit low once it starts to jiggle the weight.

NP. you can make a hell of a nice bagel loaf in that set up too!

You know. it dawns on me that everybody has that one extra nice stainless steel cooking pot hid under the sink with no handles on it nobody can seem to get time to fix... you might get a lid to cover it as well?

you can cook it in a regular pot on low also, just takes longer
I love my little pressure cooker, use it all the time to make soups, curries or even roasts. I have a large pressure canner also but don't cook in that. I did one time and the food tasted metallic. My cooker is stainless steal, the canner is aluminum
I guess I will grow some summer savory next summer
I have several pressure cookers, too. A huge canning one and several on down in sizes. I also have a couple Instant Pots. I made a bean soup in the 8 qt yesterday.
