Here's how I'm making mine tonight: 2lbs ground beef seasoned with chili powder, cumin, oregano, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder. Sauted peppers and onions. Grated cheese, diced tomatoes, diced avacado, shredded lettuce and picante sauce for hubby, ranch dressing for me! All served fix your own style in La Tiara brand taco shells!

We used the last of the Thanksgiving turkey last night in a quiche like casserole. It was a hit, no leftovers at all. Had brussel sprouts, peas, and sourdough bread.
Thinking of making meatloaf tonight. The company we have....the wife likes certain kinds of food, the husband likes others, and my husband is a picky eater. It's been a challenge.

There's a new wood fired pizza place in town.
Been open about a week and my daughter wanted to go there for her birthday.
My impression.
Not anything special. The pizza was not very good.
Way over priced for this town.
Two 9" pizzas, one small salad, 2 bottles of Mexican Coca-Cola and one small draft beer, $62 plus a $10 tip.
They had 10 people working and the service was still slow. Maybe they were training the new crew.
If it had been great pizza I might think about going back but I will not be returning.
The only thing I miss about living in a big city is the restaurant options.

Are half of it. This is what’s left for lunch
