Pork chops roasted in homemade sauerkraut. I might toss in some dry apples since we are out of fresh ones. Blackberry crisp for dessert.

So I ran right out of creative dinner theories. I made a pot of sticky rice and told the menfolk to add whatever they wanted. We do have a blackberry crisp almost done in the oven so I guess that’s really what is for dinner.

Simple grilled hamburgers for tonight. The wife plays ice hockey later, and that limits the pre-game meal significantly.

Venison (my favorite) with onions and fried kale in garlic olive oil then sprinkled with feta.

Just had chicken pie and veg. As the oven was on I also made a banana bread and potato and chorizo pie for lunch tmrw. Also tried out a recipe for some 'heathy' bites - no bake things.

We had chili and cornbread for dinner. We have had something in the neighborhood of 20 minor tweaks to the recipe. We have this at least once a week with dinner. It rarely makes it to the next morning

I finally got out of the driveway and went to the store. Picked up some chinese on the way home

DW making Sourdough bread, if I am not carful, I will regain that 35 pounds. I have pork ribs tonight.
I am about out of beef & low on bacon & eggs, I like to keep five pounds of bacon it all times. I have pork, poultry, can fish, venison & cheese. I guess I need too make a K-rogers run.
