Homemade 3 Meat Chili...topped with Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Sour Crème, and Chopped Scallions from our garden.

Served with Fresh Lime Wedges, Blue Tortilla Chips, and Salsa...and Pennsylvania's Yuengling Lager.


Made a big pot yesterday for Thursday Night Football tonight...Philadelphia Eagles at the New York Giants.

Sold in mostly all grocery chain stores...international aisle...Brown Soy Sauce based.

Do you cook the noodles in it or do you add it after they are cooked?

Use Sparingly...Stir it in after noodles are cooked and drained...too much can kill all the other flavors.

The Wife don't like it...she's a meat and taters kinda girl. { Irish like me }.

Wasabi similar to horseradish and a condiment used on most foods especially on Sashimi (thinly sliced raw Tuna) You mix the Wasabi with Soy sauce in a small bowl.
Spent 5 years station in Japan and I tried everything..

Cheese and Spinach Ravioli in a homemade gravy...with a side salad of Cherry Tomatoes and Sliced Cucumber...and a nice Cabernet Sauvignon.
