There's a garlic thread here you will probably find interesting!!I'm planting garlic today too. Hard neck Russian Red, called Georgia Fire.
Stupid windy here too!!Did the husband's doc appt, got him a smoothie, mailed a box for him, picked up pharmacy. Have some cooking to do for tomorrow, too, and locate more paint supplies. It's windier than heck outside.
I've heard several trees and branches going down in the woods since I've been home!! Hubby is off today and a big dead tree went down in the woods. He started to go cut it up but it's so windy he was afraid something would fall on him!! It's also very dusty with all this wind! Bear and I are going to take a nap!!The picnic table top blew off and the dog is barking at it.
I have the A/C on too because of the dust!! After my nap I might get a jump start on cutting stuff up for fajitas!!It'd be a good napping day. I just turned the air on, though, because I'm not opening windows. I've dusted and mopped, and favorite cousin coming tomorrow....needs to stay clean. Husband is napping though. Time to start some 9 grain bread in a minute. And get a big scalloped potato pan going for the luncheon after the work tomorrow.
