I don't know any results of the caucus. Have not a clue what's going on in tv land. I want to know the surprise, @Amish Heart . Does this belong in the political forum?
Having one of the worst days in a while, that's what I'm doing.
Oh, that's right, they really are more frequent than I realize. I'm tougher than I realize, stronger than I think I am, but that doesn't even have anything to do with anything. It's okay to be sad and mad.

Patch hope you pull out of it real soon. I'm in ans out of it too.:huggs:

It is ok to be sad and mad. I was moody all day, mostly because husband woke up hardly breathing, and went to work anyway because it's his last full week. I felt so bad for him. BUT. Get a good night's sleep and I hope tomorrow is better. If not, get in the car and come over. We can hang out.
No surprise yet on the caucus. No results. These idiots don't know what to say to fill the time. And CNN thinks we're all a bunch of rednecks??

These cyber hugs are bestI can do to let yall know I'm at least thinking about you and wishing you well, and I am doing both.:huggs:

Yesterday we did a trip to DH's physiotherapy appointment and dropped into do some shopping and look for specials. Not many specials or markdowns that we needed so just picked up on half price specials one each of mouth wash and milo.

Got home and DH had a nap and I watered all the potted fruit trees with saved rainwater and set off the drip irrigation for the gardens. It rained a few hours later so I needn't have used the town water after all to water the gardens with. DH made a mince stir fry for dinner last night.

This morning we slept in as we have had so many appointments away from home early in the morning so clearly we needed some more sleep to catch up.

We then cleaned off a smaller 3 shelf unit in the food storage room and moved it into the kitchen and moved one of the larger shelves where that one was and cleaned it off. We put all our personal care products on the larger shelving unit in the food storage room where they fit a lot better. The smaller shelving unit we got from the food storage room is now holding all the appliances we had up on top of the kitchen cupboards and I have cleaned all the appliances and the top shelf of two kitchen cupboards off and put spare breakfast cereals in the food storage room.

Had a break for lunch and DH has had a nap and we are having a cup of hot chocolate before we get back into cleaning the rest of the two kitchen cabinets out. It is raining outside and rather cool now so the best time to do a deep clean in the home. We have been working room by room to deep clean off all the drought dust off everything and clean everything else too.

Good for you Sewing,:great:

Cleaned out and re organized my in house pantry this morning. Took 2.5 hours. I looked at the time and I was supposed to be at the shop getting a haircut in 5 minutes so grabbed my purse, locked the door and took off. Almost on time! Slowing down this afternoon.

Still haven't cleaned the concrete blocks--Maybe Friday.

Snap, I gave myself trim today too maybe if site improves with glasses eye dr appt. I can see what I did :dunno:,hubby says it looks fine.:lil guy:

not much going on around here.getting some house cleaning done.making grocery list. got a couple of items listed on ebay.

I love how you cover all the bases of people who are being challenged right now and those who are doing well. I read all of the concerns that people are having and am glad I am not alone. I am not one to share all my problems and concerns.:huggs:

We have been getting snow, and places like Boulder and Fort Collins got 10 inches. We did not get that much snow. I got up and started coffee, and then went out and shoveled my street side, sidewalks for everyone on the block. They do it for me frequently, so while I was at it, I just kept going. It is light and fluffy snow and I mostly just had to push the snow shovel.

Idiots is right! I am sure there are idiot drivers everywhere. Denver had 169 accidents last night, weather related. Bald tires, not paying attention, and too much cell phone activity are probably the main contributors.

Someone needs to make a large batch of bumper stickers again, "Hang up and drive!" I have thought that it would be fun to have an electronic sign on the back of the car that flashed this as well, not directed at anyone in particular.

Today had a little sunshine which is almost always a good thing, Did little cleaning not much ,exercised and did'nt get too heavy into politics or if IU did my two mod protecters took care of it or I forgot to hit 'post reply' Sentry:cop::comp bulletTerri. So thats good.

Work is building up and on my daily walk I saw at least a million vines I need to take care of:eyeballs:. Some of them the size of small tree trunks.

Back to work this morning. Went to medical first thing. Talked to them a while. All vitals were good except for O2 levels. It was only 94, same as last week. They released me to go back to work. So far behind there I'll never get caught up.

BackP I know we are all praying you get rid of that mean ol bug and feel good soon.
My daughter who is a real health conscience person got a bug like that and she finally got ove it but it took awhile.:huggs:

I talked to 2 people today, one that had it, and one that has a friend that had it. Both are still trying to get over it. I know I ready to see it in the rear view mirror.

We had one about 10 or more years ago and everytime we thought it wass gone it came back again, but not as strong thank goodness so hope this is the last of it coming up for you too.

Welcome Home, Spike! You missed all the hoopla with the dems yesterday
Oh, it's all over my Facebook. I think there was some suspicion about it before the caucuses began. Some of my Dem friends were posting pictures of their precinct results in real time. I think they were trying to make sure there was a photographic record of the results, in case anything screwy happened. And of course, it did happen.

Interestingly, Old Bedhead won the precincts I saw on FB by more than 2-1 over Pocahontas. Butty was generally 3rd, and Hairy Legs was pretty much nowhere to be found...

Some cuteness to cheer y'all up. Drove up the mountain in a snow storm. Not fun.

@Terri9630 are puppy's eyes open? Are you keeping him? Got a name picked out?
@Meerkat I'd stop by and see you once a week if I lived nearby. Hugs are ok.
Hoping everyone is snuggled down tight, or if you're like Tank-Girl and SewingC15, taking a break with cool lemonade.
Bacpacker more prayers for ya, brother.
I watched another war movie tonight. This was way better than Midway. I had never really studied WWII so this has helped me to understand what my dad may have gone through.
:( He had PTSD for the rest of his life, though he functioned ok. Mom said he had nightmares even 20+ years later.

We are keeping her. Her eyes just started opening today. We decided jokingly a while back that our next dogs would be named Whiskey, Tango and Foxtrot. This one is Whiskey, she empties a bottle in one gulp.

Don't know how to make thumbnail.

When uploading you have the choice of full image or thumbnail. If it isn't uploading at all, try and resize it before hand.

I got on the scale this morning. It said I lost 12 pounds, from 227 down to 215. Normally I'd be happy with this, but that loss happened in 9 days, and I didn't do anything different. My blood sugar has been very difficult to control since last Wednesday or Thursday as well. Trying to get an appointment set up with my practicioner now. Gotta figure out what's going on...:dunno:

Got some blood drawn, the ARNP did a quick look-see, and everything seems ok. She thinks I've got a deep sinus infection so I get to take some antibiotics for a while. Basically, it's like every time I go to the doc - they never know for sure what's happening. Then I get to go back 10 times while they bill my insurance and they still never figure anything out...

Hope you get thru this .
Hope it's nothing too serious.

Keep a watch on your weight.

Jim
We'll, as far as weight goes...

Best case scenario, I'm getting healthier. The doctor scale said I only lost half the weight my home scale said I lost. So my scale apparently was off.

Worst case scenario, I have cancer or something and I'm dying. I don't think that's it either, but you gotta check that possibility...

Today I'm sitting on my booty.

Doing nothing.

Will go for lunch.
Maybe.
After 72,62 temps, now in 30s I'm depressed.

I think I need pie.pie

Jim
Movement and activity helps depression. 30° temps make a perfect setting for you to put in your earbuds, get the theme song from Rocky on your Spotify, and go for a run!

Don't forget to sprint up a whole bunch of stairs at the end of your run, and then jump up and down like this...:woo hoo:

I wish I could.

You might as well just shoot me.

Sister-in-law has a chair the wife wants to have.
OK I agree but she has to get rid of two chairs first.
Wife agrees but she doesn't agree for me to trash the chairs.
I object to posting them on a FaceBook market. I don't want strangers coming to the house.
She says her friends will take them in a flash.
We carry two unused recliners up from the basement.

To get to the recliners I had to move some of the wife's piles of 'stuff''.
I ask the wife, "What is this stuff?"
Things that she wants to sort through but doesn't have the time.
Since she doesn't have time I offer to do it for her. Looks like stacks of white cardboard that new shirts are wrapped in with pieces of wrapping paper mixed in.
Wife give me the "deer in the headlights" look.

Now we have a living room with little to no walk space until she locates a friend to take the recliners.
Wife says she will take pictures to send to her friends.
Oh by the way, now I'm told that SIL wants her chair out of her house by this Saturday.
Wife wants me to plan on getting her new chair on Saturday.
"If her two recliners are gone by then." says I

12 hours later the recliners are still in the living room and she hasn't taken pictures or advised her friends they are available.
The piles of cardboard and wrapping paper is gone. From past experience I'd wager she moved it all to a different location hidden from my sight.
Wife has day and evening plans that will have her out of the house for every day of this week including Saturday.

IMHO It's going to be an interesting week.
