Made it home from the hospital, going to get a shower and a shave and head back in the morning. My dad had a rugged time with the open heart surgery he had a lot of bleeding pain and nauseousness. I'm rung out, slept a couple of hours over the last few days in a chair in the hospital waiting room.
Show him this, and tell him to try it...

Up early prepared breakfast for guests and spent time with them. Rushed off to church. Came home, walked dog and cleaned house for tomorrow’s guests. Some bible study. A short nap. Did some paperwork for local tourism association. Cleaned up supper dishes.
With what’s melted I think we have about three feet, drifts are 6feet plus, higher elevations are 10-14 feetSounds like a full day! How much snow do you have on the ground. I've seen a few flakes here this morning! With the wind chill it's 28°.
How did they tell to take care of the ones they took off. Just curious. I also work for a dermatologist and he recommends cleaning with water and using plain vaseline.Hello everyone and back from having the moles taken off and turns out they only needed to take off 3 as the others were not raised at all, so that is good news. It did hurt a little but they shot the area full of local anaesthetic and took them off and it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought. Apparently I am still a good Aussie bleeder because he had to put his hand on one for a considerable time before it stopped bleeding. Let you know more when the anaesthetic wears off as to the pain levels and it is starting to smart a little at the moment so I will take it easy for a while.
Did they burn them or freeze them? If they burned them, you could try cold zinc oxide cream. ( diaper rash cream) very soothing. If frozen, the discomfort will settle quickly.@NannyPatty they gave me no instructions at all on care but thank you for the advice and help I will do that. Shall leave the dressings on for a few days until they stop bleeding and then I will do that. The pain is excruciating at the moment if I take them off.
@phideaux pics of the beast dont seem to show
purty.I could see them,
But sometimes , copy/paste doesn't work for viewing by others, don't know why.
So I just uploaded the pics as a file and they should be seen by all now.

I admit I am sore and feeling a little delicate after the op today . I have never handled any sort of anaesthetic well and also have low blood pressure so been dizzy and almost passing out after DH changed the dressings today. Think we will leave them on for a few days now we have put on antiseptic cream and wait for the wounds to heal a bit.
DH put on a load of washing today and hung it on the clothes line and hand watered half the back house paddock lawns with saved grey water from our showers and washing machine. In the kitchen DH washed the dishes and cleaned the benches and I wiped them and put them away. DH fed Tabatha the cat when it is usually my turn so she came looking for me in the bedroom and snuggled with me for a while after DH changed my dressings. She is very attuned to when either of us are not feeling well.
Went and test drove this Beast today...
