Have you considered getting drunk? I have found pain is less painful when you're intoxicated. Follow me for more medical advice.

Sorry for your woes Pearl!
I haven't even wanted a beer! Hubby thought I was dying, lol!! As bad as things were, I'm glad for the beer break! Did some more McKenzie push ups and things are better! But I do thank you for the advice my friend!

Maybe I can get the lady to take you to the spa on Friday. Helga can knead you like a ball of dough before they throw you in some hot sand for a while.

What kinda brandy do you use? What's the reciepe?

Christian Brothers and (the secret ingredient) Dark Creme de Cocoa, about 2 ozs of each per drink and two scoops of vanilla ice cream. IMHO the Dark Creme de Cocoa gives it a richer flavor than the white.

I got the septic covered back up and dumped 2 loads of gravel on top. Put the forks on the tractor and tried to level the wood shed. It picked the rear tires up off the ground. So tomorrow I'm going to drag out the floor jack and see if that will help raise the corner of the building. I only need to get it lifted high enough that I can crawl under the building and add some more blocks. The wife and I pushed her 4 wheeler in to the shop so I can try to figure out what's wrong with it. My 4 wheeler is still taking up space in the shop too. Tomorrow I hope to finish the wood shed and dig the hole for the Starlink mounting pole.

Sciatica!! And thank you, yes are are great videos for lower back and sciatica issues! This morning is shooting pain down my left leg severely! The pain has been so bad that I've hardly eaten in a few days! Praying for a miracle today!! I will watch this and other Brad and Bob videos shortly!! Thanks again Weedy!!
Oh no! I'm praying for you now.

Had the day off. I think it's part of a plot by the union to push out more dem votes, (I refused to join the union but am still under the same contract), but I'll take it, I can always use time off. Tossed some potatoes and a few other things in the crockpot in the hopes it will magically become soup, and started in on some chores. A friend had dropped off some saplings and peony plants she dug up from her yard, so went out to get them in the ground. Which led to spending the whole day on yard work, instead of attacking the other projects I had planned on. Lots of digging, planting, tearing out old shrubs, and lots of pruning. The bushes around the house took a beating when the roofers were here.
What is one to do when the list is 50' long, and every task is a priority? Sometimes it gets me down. But I did accomplish things today instead of sitting in a chair so I'll call it good. A break from the work computer is also good.
I don't understand why I get so tired and so sore so quickly. I don't get near enough done in a day, but I'm so worn out I can't go any further or faster. I'll be out there working and feeling plenty warm then get to where I can hardly move. I stagger into the house and land in my chair, and then I get chilled and start shivering, even though the house is warm. I don't get it.
Watching "Part Time Explorer" and "This N That Garage" and "Holmes on Homes" episodes on youtube and completely ignoring the shrieking and moaning news channels. Their feverish spin is more than I can take on a regular day, no way I could tolerate it over something important.
I don't hold out much hope, at least not for my state, as our secretary of state is a completely corrupt, evil force who will use every bit of her power to cheat, hand in glove with our governor and attorney general. There's not a chance in h-e-double hockey sticks that Michigan votes will be counted fairly or accurately.
All I can do is sit here and pray for my country.
At least the sort-of-soup turned out pretty tasty, if a bit watery.

Well, little granddaughter has a two hr late start tomorrow for school, so she gets to sleep in a bit. Is playing ukelele right now and entertaining the pup. She says all they're doing tomorrow at school is discussing mental health. The day after the election? Really? Maybe this should go in rants. 20 minutes till husband's next IV infusion, then off to bed I go.

At 2 am one of the dogs barked and husband leapt out of bed; our furry friend had come back for the chicken heads and was caught in a trap. Once dispatched Had a cuppa and decided to watch the election, before dozing bit until 6. I've a meeting this morning so all chores done, I might not be fit for much by this afternoon so planning on sorting a few gifts I had ordered and checking out the best places to shop for Christmas hamper bits.
I wonder @Amish Heart if the teacher has seen the effect the election has had on children (you wouldn't know what goes on at home) so thats why today was chosen.

Good morning!
Will do a walking video first.
Pick up my friend and stop at thrift store to donate some stuff.
Meet my health insurance lady.
Verizon for help with my new phone.
Dollar tree for a couple of things.
Aldi and then Walmart for just a few things.
Come home and give one dog a bath.

Got 3.5 hours sleep. Kept waking up to check @Snowman 's maps!

had an exhausting day yesterday. JUST woke up and having coffee. After voting, I cooked, then we went to town and took some eggs to someone and did shopping. Shopping was a nightmare, lots of people , only 2 cashiers and the stupid walmart and they did away with the large self check out lines, so we waited. The cashier was new and screwed up everything, and ended up having to call a manager to fix the mistakes she made ( like ringing up cucumbers as green beans, which I didn't have) . I did get 3 turkeys! 88 cents a pound. More than last year but not too bad, so I got them.
Gas station had a line of people, including several filling up cans. I guess they were really thinking the world was going to end today , and we'll see what will happen next.
We got home and moved animals around because it was raining, even if no rain showed up on the weather radar. So it was dark by the time we got done, and then I still had a pile of dishes to do. Plus talked to my friend in Florida for about an hour, she called me to ask if we voted. She said everyone she knows is praying for Trump. I told her that most likely won't help but LOL maybe there is a god after all....,

I could hear husband up a few hrs ago, but he's gone back to bed, and I'm having coffee to sufficiently wake up before his IV I need to give him, and wake him up for. Don't have anyplace we have to be today, so I'll get stuff done around here. Letting little granddaughter sleep in till 8.

Having a nice hot tea on this very chilly morning!

At 1.30 this morning I heard the backup generator shut down. It's programed to run for 4 hours whenever it starts. So I went out to try getting it started. The fuel gelled. Apparently the fuel guy delivered plain diesel instead of my winter mix of 50/50 stove oil and winter diesel. Not sure what I'm going to do now. It's not even cold yet and this stuff won't run in my generator, even after I treated it with anti gell.
