This is really extra special!! Growing up we had team horses that pulled a sled. Also had assorted horses and ponies that drove!! Brings back lots of memories!!

I seem to be more excited about Christmas this year than I have in the past. Not sure why. Maybe it is because all of you are so excited, and your excitement is contagious. Regardless, I am bought wrapped and under the tree, and have been for a couple of weeks. I think I have found some gifts that will be very much enjoyed.
Maybe more importantly I spoke with a couple of old friends that I haven't spoken with in a long time, and it was great catching up. The real reason for the call was to get current addresses to send Christmas cards, but we had lengthy conversations, and it was really special. They are friendships where time and distance do not matter. When you talk, it is like you were never apart. I think that made the holidays more special this year.
