hardwood floors, I dislike carpet, they get dirty and collect dog hair and even if you clean them they still smell bad

The older I get, the less I can tolerate heat. I hate summer. Having said that "cold" in SE Texas ain't the same as some other places. But I'll say cold.. in SE Texas.
