Still getting a little light rain and it's cooling off. When I get back to the house I'm going to start a fire in the wood stove.
Temp was back up in the high 90's today, be dancing with 100 degrees for the next week or so.
Almost 7:00 and the temp is still 92 with 73% humidity. It is going to be hot and sticky playing Golf tomorrow. Lots of Gatorade and wet towels.
TWC is still doing their thing.

They pan the camera slowly to the right and only 2 seconds later you see this:

A little chilly and foggy thus morning. Had to turn the heat on last night. Might get more rain today.
Currently 98 with 56% humidity. Supposed to top 100 the next two days and not a cloud in the sky until Sunday.
91 here, 103 heat index
Has only been between 104° and 107° today. An occasional passing cloud all the way from Harold!! Breezy too! It is more humid again!

It was 87 degs while we were shopping. Then the temp dropped 25 degs and we had a downpour.

It was 48 here when I woke up Saturday morning, then Sunday was hot and muggy enough I had to turn on the air. Nice today, high 70s, mostly cloudy. They're talking rain and some thunderstorms tomorrow.
The more I hang around this place, the more the memory of rain is returning to my head!!
Only 105°, but humid!!

Just started raining again after a short break... we've had blessed rain all day, I've been listening to it for hours on end. Discovered a leak in the mud room, but I put a large Tupperware container under the drip, so no worries, I'll go up top and fix the leak once the storm passes. The mud room is a separate stick-built addition to the original manufactured home. I have plenty of caulk and elastomeric roof coating left, so that should handle the problem... I already sealed the roof panels once, but the sun & wind are fierce here, so a small leak has developed.
P.S. This is the best rain we've had in 5 or 6 months... hopefully we get more tonight!

Only 95 today but now at 2130hrs, still 85 degrees on my porch, hot and muggy. Had planned to camp friday night on the mtn but it's supposed to be hotter, heat index over 110. Carp! Hard to sleep outside when it's 85+ and muggy. I going regardless, might have to get a hotel rm to get some sleep.
Back to Excessive Heat Warnings through the weekend. Slight break in the temps early next week with a cold front, maybe upper 90's. Rain, probably not

Not bad here, warm but not as hot as it has been in recent weeks! Pearl, you and Patchouli and others in that area are supposed to catch a break as a cold front moves in to the north of ya! Moi, I'm looking at temps in the 90s and even the upper 80s, so I'm a happy camper! 
Fall is just around the corner, so hang in there! I know it has been HOT over your way... I went through that earlier!
This cold beer I'm drinking is keeping me cool, 10-4? I have the fan and A/C on as well... I feel like I'm CHEATING, lol.
Didn't hafta run the A/C at all yesterday, and I turned it off for awhile today... fall is on its way!!!

As soon as I vacuum the pool, I'm heading for cold beer on the float!! Our rain chances are up to 30% Sunday and Monday afternoons! We have not had rain in many many months!!
