Another hot day, high humidity, late afternoon thunderstorms. I got a pretty good display of lighting and a couple of big showers.

Thunderstorm, big crack of lightning set off a few car alarms. Raining good now. Sprinkled on Sunday. Things were dusty, glad it’s raining!
We had it about 5:30 this morning!! Got heavier as it went your way Patch!! Maybe more later.

Nice and cloudy and cool.
We finally got a break. It has essentially been triple digits since the later part of June & what we call "dead air" meaning it doesn't move. The smoke from the fires has just settled down into the lower valleys all across the NW. This morning there is a breeze and we can actually see the sky. I know that sounds odd, but it's just been brown for about 2 months now. Our high today is supposed to be in the mid 70s. Still no rain in sight, but at least it's not 100* 
Crazy hard rain, t-storm, lost electric. Patchouli, it should be knocking on your door. We have a flood advisory here!!!

90's over the weekend. Dumped 1.79" from the rain gauge Monday morning, high of 88.
Today, dumped .32" and had a high of 73. Tied the record for the lowest high temp for this date going back to 1879. Rain gauge had over 2" when I got home from work. Fred arrived this morning and should push on thru later tonight.

Now the NWS is saying 2-4 more inches of rain tomorrow. Don't drive in it!!!

Oh crud. I have an appointment over on the northside of the City and I can't really cancel it. I guess I'd better check the timing and allow plenty of time to get there. And take an umbrella.

Big rain here. I've gotten about 4inches since lunch. Flash flood warnings out for several areas. So much for going to town to get groceries. I have to cross a swamp, water was already high, doubt it's across the roads but why tempt fate.

83 and scattered showers. We got no rain. Humidity was 85%

5.88 inches of rain yesterday and you guessed it! More rain today...
We had .06" this morning. 88 and 70% humidity. Suppose to be 88 tomorrow, but lower humidity.
High of 77° today.
Close in 9 inches of rain in 3 days... and more rain... I did these 2 screensaves today about 8hrs apart.

I got in my truck (which was in the shade) and it said 91°. Opened the windows and blasted AC to cool it off and force hot air out. Closed windows, started driving. Rain and thunder kicked up and temp dropped to 75° in a matter of minutes. It still felt hot out though.
Back in the 90's this week, no more than 30% chance oif rain later this week
