Pesto Shrimp with Couscous tonight

Went digging in the freezer today. Found some vacuum sealed meats that needed to be eaten. Started with a deep fried pork chop. Had a salad on the side.

I love couscous, especially the pearl couscous like you have there!
I had nothing for dinner, still intermittent fasting. Made pasta and salad for the teen

Like you @Peanut I’m working on meats from the freezer. Vacuum sealed BBQ’d steak put on top of salad with cottage cheese and parmesan cheese. Little bit of Italian dressing on top.

Tonight will be Cabbage soup, broccoli and a pear. Getting back on my path.

Hubby will finally be home tonight. We haven’t seen each other in almost 2 weeks unless you count our brief visit at the side of the road while I was driving home from my work stretch and he was headed to his!
I’m a little late getting dinner together but he probably won’t be home until 9 pm anyway.
I have beef short ribs with fresh rosemary from my garden and homemade beer bread about to go in the oven. Will also have some roasted potatoes to go along with and some veggie I canned this summer.

We're having chicken (mean rooster) shishkabob with lots of fresh veggies on the sticks, too. Black rice for husband, Chicken rice for little granddaughter, leftover cole slaw, and a fruit plate.

I had to go to town, had chinese for lunch. I went to several places pricing Fescue/clover seed and a seed spreader.

Anyway, got home to late to fix a good dinner. I had planned Brunswick stew or sausage gumbo, have everything in the fridge I need, several hours to cook either right.

Guess I'm opening a can of something or having a frozen pizza.

Tried something new this morning, cinnamon roll pancakes with cream cheese frosting, eggs over easy with a side of Wrights bacon.

There's a salvage grocery store here that carries out of date frozen Wrights bacon we buy 20lbs at a time.
