Sunday night pizza. A consolation pizza for having our offer turned down on the house.
Good idea! My aunt probably has some in her apothecary already! You need some yellowroot, grows all over n. georgia, probably on a creek bank by your house. It'll heal an ulcer. Check the yellowroot thread in remedy section.
Those are great on the grill!! Tiger has some big ol' size 13 feet!!Never grilled that pork loin last night, feet were too tired to stand any longer... so this afternoon or evening I'm gonna slap that pork loin on my BBQ, it's wrapped with applewood-smoked bacon too, lol. Should be pretty darned tasty. Oh, hell, I just looked at the package and the pork loin is not WRAPPED in bacon, it's TOPPED with bacon... meh, it'll still add flavor, and the pork loin is seasoned as well, so it should be good once it's grilled. I'll make a nice green salad to go with it, maybe cook some Mac & Cheese as a side dish, lol.

Haay! that's one of our dishes! :Dirty Rice with Sausage.
Dirty rice is frequently referred to as Cajun Rice in Louisiana and other parts of the South due to the dish's history with the Acadian immigrants of Louisiana. ...Dirty rice can be traced back to the plantation days of Louisiana. Those who had many people to feed but few resources to feed them all added what they could get to the white rice that was abundant - chicken livers, spices, vegetables - and the resulting dish would look "dirty."
Blame Zatarains for cultural misappropriation . But DAMN it's good.Haay! that's one of our dishes! :
