Improved a bit here today. A mere $4.499 per gallon... 🤪 Just glad there were no mean tweets (twits) today as I would have been offended. We have some relatives that hated Trump so bad they would have voted for anyone other than him. I call them daily to ask how wonderful they are doing. Can you imagine they hang up the phone. Worse yet they respond with obscenities. :brewing:😆. Aww poor poor fragile fools. Yeah, I will remind you of then versus now. I try to be nice but, well, sometimes the truth does hurt a bit...

Up 37 cents in less than 48 hours.

And, up and up and up.

This is the picture I posted about 5 hours ago. The price was the same at both of the gas stations in the small town just south of me, owned by the same person.

When I got to work at 7pm the gas station across the street had the same prices, which I thought was unusual because the small town prices were usually 5 or 10 cents higher. 4 hours later when I left work the prices across the street had gone up some.

On the drive home one of the gas stations in the small town had jumped their prices considerably.
13 cents higher for gas and 33 cents higher for diesel in less than 5 hours.

But, they forgot to change the prices on their other station across the street so I stopped and topped off my tank.

I am at a loss for words. I will just say this is ridiculous, the politicians don't give a damn about We The People, and LGB/FJB.

Paid $4.09/gallon for low grade, other stations 20 cents higher.
Went to get my taxes done today and drove by the downtown gas-station (which always has the highest price) $3.99 for regular.

3.99. I've decided to fill up at 1/4 tank down. Still cost 30 bucks

Went to a local reservation here at $4.159 with a tad less than 3/4 of a tank. $39.00 and change to fill. One other thing I did notice though is that normally I get from there to here with the gauge needle still on full. This time, not so much. It is just edging off that mark. I had heard that the current fuel is not the same, that it seems to be diluted, that it seems somehow less "powerful" for lack of a better term. Curious if others are seeing the same.

I just filled both vehicles on the Rez where it's a little cheaper.
$4.449 for 87 octane. $35 for my wife's Toyota and $90 for my f150. Both were half full but I wanted to fill up before the price goes up again, probably tomorrow.
$4.869 for 92 octane.
Diesel was $5.35 in the big town.

A trucker friend just posted 5.89/gal for diesel. He fills every other day. 121 gallons today, $714.03. He says the time is coming soon where he’s just going to park the truck and let it be.
Probably NY prices, but can and will be everywhere soon enough.
He’s smart. If his family doesn’t grow or produce it, they’ve probably stocked up on it.

4.59 for regular and 5.19 for diesel! What do you buy? Food for the family or gas to get to work? Or buy a electric car so you have a 1000.00 electric bill and the battery blows up and burns the house down! So many decisions! I need a beer!

Drinking one for you!!

Cheapest station in the area is now $4.19 for lowest grade. Other stations around here are averaged at $4.89......some a bit lower, some a bit higher, including over $5

Had to laugh, someone used a sharpie to write FJB on the pump

Have to get gas today, marker in pocket😁

Today, regular in this area is $4.09-$4.50, premium is $4.45 to $5.29. I wonder if they will have to change the pumps when they get to $10/gallon, like they did when it got above $0.99 in the 70s.... Sorry, sometimes my fingers just write what I am thinking.....
