Hmmm. My inseam is same as NH, actually might be longer at this point. He's 4-5 inches taller than I am.
When I buy dress pants I have to cut off at least 4" because they are made for these taller Texas women or women who like wearing 3" heels. The petite sizes are too short on me, I can't do that either. Jeans, well i have to buy them too long also.

That would be "yo mamas" kind of pants.
Except not for my mom. She's almost 86 and was looking for cut off jean shorts this summer. I can't keep that lady covered. She lives in Mennonite Manor and raises more than a few eyebrows.
Relaxed waist and low rise are ok except for some that I see around here wearing those with a tight tshirt on and a humungous muffin top. Looks not good.

I'm like what are yoga pants? I picturing Ghandi, but no. Same thing as leggings to me. I wear exercise pants but yeckch hate that fabric!
So, what is your favorite thing to wear besides notta? I'm bored with all of it and I don't like getting dressed up but do it for church every Sunday. Business casual for work.
I wear jeans otherwise.

Ever had had a day ,everything you touched turned to crap.
Today was mine.
Wasn't supposed to have Grand daughter today.
She got me out of bed this morning.
Estelle got to stand full 5 minutes in corner.
Granny standing right behind her.
Both of us crying.
After 5 minutes were up,got washcloth to wash our faces.
All before coffee this morning.
She sat on my lap while we talked about her being mean to Strawberry this morning.
Strawberry sat across the room crying too.
Thankfully Strawberry doesn't hold a grudge.
Missed PT today, just wasn't up to more BS.
Have 2 visits left.I get a better workout on weekends working with marathon team.
When Estelle left this afternoon, took much needed nap.

She'll remember how sad it made you when she hurt Strawberry. Sorry you were sad, but I bet she thinks twice.
I wear a skirt most every day. Except when I'm shooting and need to wear a holster, then I wear jeans because of the belt loops. Unless I wear a clip over the belt attached to the back waistline of the skirt. Usually barefoot around home. At work I wear dress shoes. The only time I wear the yoga pants is in the wintertime, under my skirt to keep warm. I'm a very boring conservative dresser. Ask Weedy, she knows.
Anyone ever wear an apron? I'm an apron wearer around the house when I'm cooking or getting things done. If I've got the apron on, I mean business.

Not into the low rise jeans as they slide off me literally and I have to keep pulling them up so mid rise or high waist ones for me. I do wear cotton ribbed tights around the house or under skirts in winter and sometimes under dresses because of the length issue ( riding up when sitting or bending) but now found a seller who sells retro dresses in decent lengths and necklines. Do you know how excited I was when I found those dresses :woo hoo:, and I get so many compliments from other ladies when I wear them too. You are not the only conservative dresser either @Amish Heart ;) most of my friends and I are the same. I do wear jeans most of the time when I am out or longer peasant skirts with elastic waists with t-shirts and dresses or skirts to church.

Started the morning off with visiting an old friend in an aged care facility and we got to talking about prepping and food storage. She lived through the second world war and saw food rationing so we have a lot in common. When I came home I gave my friend who came with me for the visit a bunch of silver beet from the gardens. While I was away DH stain removed some clothing, put on a load of washing and hung it on the clothes line to dry.

We then after lunch went and saw a second house for sale which we quite like and could work for our needs on a 1/2 acre of land in town for a good price that would be negotiable on price. It does need some work done to it which we are factoring into the equation for any offer we might put on the property. We still have one to look at out of town on 2.4 acres and the real estate agent is trying to gain access into there as there are tenants in place.

Being new to this buying a home thing we have sought legal advice and now have a solicitor in town, worked out legals, stamp duty and transfer costs as well as making out our wills cost and power of attorney too. We have looked on the internet for building and pest inspectors to go though and do a report on any properties we are thinking of putting an offer in on, got the price of a double lock up garage and construction of one and the price of having a bore put down too. Talk about a learning curve phew.

I also have access to how much properties have been sold for in our area so know I can put in a far cheaper cheekier offer and most likely get the properties for that price with a very minimal home loan.

Tonight's dinner was tinned harvest meat and veg with rice for something a little easier.

We felt the same way years back and went with a wood pellet stove. One bag and we're good for 24 hours. When it was bitter cold ( -30) we went through 2 bags

Just did some cleaning. No baseball so I watched hockey lol

Baking some chicken breasts and doing a couple extra for another meal sometime

Weather says come saturday we'll be in the 70's and later on in the 60's daytime, in the 50's at night. Gonne be cloudy and showers around starting sunday. So I have to pop over to the farm market and get a bale of straw for the pup's dog box tomorrow. I know my Bella will be shivering lol It can be triple digit heat index and she's laying in the sun. Her brother Bandit has more sense lol I know she'll be in the box at night when the straw goes in. She gets in and rolls around and burrows under it and make a nest for herself. She's like a little bulldozer lol

No Estelle today.
Her mama got her feathers ruffled yesterday.
Wants Granny to go back to 16 hour days.
Granny said No.
You work 8 hour days sometimes 9 hours.
That's what Granny works.
Son didn't get Estelle either and it was his day to have her.
I see custody battle in future, I'm afraid.
As it is right now, Granny will have Estelle during the daylight hours, mama's sister will have her at night.
Mama has her for 3 hours in morning, and 3 hours in evening before she goes to work.
Son has her pretty much every morning when he gets off overnights shift.
Mama thinks she needs 12 hours of sleep or more.
Granny thinks mama needs to grow up.
Big sister pretty much raised Estelle's older sister and she soon to be thirteen.
She wants to go live with her dad( or the man she thinks is her dad).
What a mess.
If Granny has her 16 hours a day or longer.
Might as well raise her.

Just got home from work and errands and ate a monster of a sandwich...fresh mozzarella, pulled pork and some garden tomatoes sliced. I need to get off my behind and get chores done. Youngest daughter is coming by this evening and we'll be making salves to add to what we're selling at the Tractor Supply Saturday sale. I've got most of my stuff done, except the butter and the small pies. I'll make the butter today and sell it in half pints. Too bad I have to work tomorrow.

Washed dogs in Dawn again, trimmed up DH's face with the clippers, Got my leaf blower operational and blew off the front porch and carport. Two loads of laundry are done with a third to go in soon. And renewed DH's handicap sticker for his car. Taking it easy the rest of the day.
