Dealing with a new twist with the kid. Her BP was 132/105 and her heart rate was "High"the monitor only goes to 200 so she was over that. She drank some Gatorade and layed down with her feet up and it slowly went back down to 108/64 hr70 but she has never had high anything. Even her blood sugar was 129. Its almost never over 100.

I think my hair is going to fall out. What kind of sunblock do bald guys use?
you have my concern. That totally sucks, @Terri9630 ! Was she feeling okay? You don't have to answer.

Congratulations @Patchouli and snappy1 for loosing so much weight :great: .

Great going on the 3 mile walk @MoBookworm1957 you are doing really well :clapping: .

Thank you @Amish Heart and @MoBookworm1957 for the belated birthday wishes :), counting backwards now.

Hope you get your power back on shortly @Flight and good to hear from you :).

We started off the morning with DH mowing the lawns with push mower to keep it going as it only had long grass in a few areas and while DH did that I picked up the small twigs from under the tree in the back yard an put them in the kindling tub beside the fireplace.

This afternoon DH rang the real estate agent for us to have another look at the second property in town and we have another appointment to see it again this Thursday. We will take some room measurements this time and take note of the finer details of work that needs to be done as well as the shape of the carpet etc to see if we can make the house work. It does have 10 ft ceilings in it so more room for storage and built in wardrobes in the bedrooms.

Tonight's dinner was the rest of our homemade pizza and tinned two fruits and ice cream for dessert. Will let you know @hiwall when the next one is being made which is usually on a regular Friday night, which I believe is sometime Thursday your time :) .

@MoBookworm1957 and @Sewingcreations15 , Thanks! Sure feel better! And MoBookworm1957, 3 miles, wow! I do a mile and a half and think I'm pooped! I hope Miss Estelle feels better soon!

Today, all I have (besides regular farm and dog chores) is to clean bathrooms, dust and get those wills done that I have put off for so long. Want them done before DH leaves for his visit up north!

It's too bad we are all scattered around the globe. It would be fun if we could all get together.

Old 19 Y.O. dog had a big surprise for us this morning when we got up .:ghostly:she had a really messy accident all over the screened porch. Porch is 36X12! Without her sling or "walker " we made her,she managed to go from one end to the other. Poor hubby had to clean it all up with Lysol, dawn dish and Murphys Oil Soap.
So her and the 2 11 Y.Os are now in back yard where they will stay. Spoiled [ one of the 11 yr.olds ] is not happy . They have 2 large roomy dog houses and lots of shade and clean water. And each other. Then hubby used alcohol all over his body, then bathed . It is our idea of a dogs nursing home I guess. Don't know why animals have to suffer since they can't sin and didn't eat from tree of forbidden fruit. Old dog is also out of raw red meat roast and my steaks [that don't taste like meat anymore anyway ] so now she won't eat here dog food. her last meal was my tbone and ribeye's. Hubby was jealous he didn't get them, lol. He said " she isn't getting mine". :waiting::D

Transplanted rest of plants to permanent containers this morning. Glad I put off mopping floors till today.

Trick or treat. :huh::lil guy:

Estelle has been sick.
Ear infection, she also got 4 shots.
Still cutting molars.
Went with cousin today to look at van.(was only suppose to take 2 hours tops). Right.......
7.5 hours she came home with new to her van, 2 cranky grand daughters they were hungry.
So was I.
But was glad she got new to her 2016 Chrysler Town and Country Van.
Her van was on it's last legs.
Had to run the grand daughters to KCMO (parents to lazy to come pick up).
Another set that needs to grow up.
She dropped me off, had veggies for supper.
Now reading forums in bed.
Snappy 1 congratulations on the weight loss.
Sewing Happy Belated Birthday.
Terri, hopefully everything will turn out well with your child.
Went to therapy this morning, just got one visit left.
At least till get authorizition for the next set of PT.
Went on my 3 mile walk today.

Thanks Mo. You have far more patience than I would with Estelle's parents.

I feel that way when I'm going to have pretty good seizure.
Don't feel bad, just wrong and I can usually taste the seizure.
If that makes sense. Usually metallic forme anyway.
Makes sense. I get that metallic taste around aerosol cans and stuff with fragrances. Here's hoping neither of you "feel wrong" for quite some time.

Survived Tractor Supplies Farmers Market. Problem is they didn't advertise it out front. They didn't clear areas for us. We were out by the back gates. The ones who got to set up by the front door were the Boy Scouts selling popcorn. The ones out by us were selling soap, pens, face painting, cookies, and artificial flower wreaths. We were the only farm type booth. We had 8 people come by. Made $69.00. Bought chicken feed with it.

That's pretty good for 8 people.

I forgot to tell you what Estelle did to hurt Strawberry.
She bit her tail.
Now Strawberry makes sure Estelle is in front of her at all times.
Estelle mouth full of dog hair and stood in corner.
If Estelle is behind Strawberry.
Strawberry sits on her tail.
So proud of Strawberry, she didn't nip Estelle.
Just yelped and cried.

Yeah it is, and we had really good stuff! Just needed more people. Hot items were heirloom tomatoes, slices of cherry platz, brownies, cookies, sleep salve, and various home canned stuff. Son's baskets of kewanos….only sold one. He has about 100. Sprouts sells them for $3.95 each. We had samples, too. Sold a hot chocolate mix and lots of banana coconut bread. No one bought the pomegranates. They were only 50 cents. We needed more people coming by. Everyone that did come by were sweet, though and everyone who came by bought something.

I got the email but didn't see anything advertised at our TS when I was there on Friday. Hubby would have bought lots of the banana bread. I'd had bought a hot chocolate mix to try. I'm looking for a good recipe. Our local stores quit carrying nestle and its so expensive now I probably wouldn't buy it anyway but I love a good hot chocolate.

Sleep salve: I made a salve using coconut oil, beeswax, and grapeseed oil. For the sleep salve I added cedarwood oil and lavender oil. Hot cocoa mix: 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 cup powdered milk, 1/2 cup cocoa powder. I put it in a cute glass milk bottle with a white cap, add a little side baggie of dehydrated marshmallows. Tastes great!

How strong is the cedarwood oil?

It smells woodsy, but not too strong. When I make a batch, it fills up about a soup can when it's all melted down. Then I add 60 drops of essential oils, so if I'm using three different ones I use 20 drops of each. When you're making your own, you can adjust it however you want. I do like the woodsy smells, but the lavender smells always sells.

I'll give that a try. Did you use instant milk or regular powdered milk?
