Last night I had a t-bone steak and a salad.

Tonight I realized there wasn't enough left over steak for a main course so... Pan fried some conecuh sausage and onions to go with the steak. Added a salad.

@Patchouli Conecuh, very similar to andouille sausage. Bama was settled by the french before louisiana, same style of sausages. They are great on a gill, big during football season. It's why I just bought 6lbs, stores run out in the fall. In winter I'll heat them in the air fryer or skillet then smother them with sauteed onions.

Last night I made a pork loin roast, cooked up some carrots, had some left over stove top stuffing, and a salad. We were stuffed.

Mackerel in lemony pepper sauce and crackers with a side of cream cheese dip. screw cooking in this humidity.

Leftover BBQ material... I've been macking this since I grilled it, lol. It's mighty tasty too, but macking a plate of it will invariably lead to a nap, lol.

Ever take leftover BBQ and stir in a can of Manwich sloppy Joe sauce?
Make a few extras and store them over night, they only get better!

Tonight it's chicken breast(boneless skinless)with rice, steamed asparagus, cauliflower and broccoli.

Will cook a few chicken breasts for husband, a regular lasagna for little granddaughter and I, and one with spinach but no meat for daughter arriving. She's a vegetarian. Have a pan of bread rolls rising. Green salad and fruit salad made.

Veggie night, everything fresh from the garden. Corn w/homemade butter, peas and cabbage. The okra, squash n onion were fried together. Wasn't enough room on the plate for the big slice of tomato i had. Bought cupcakes with chocolate frosting from the bakery in town, had one for dessert.
