Today has been a good day. The wife is feeling good so she is making pumpkin bread :clapping: to give away . I did go shopping this morning, just some basic stuff, didn't need much but we were low on Mayo (6 jars later ;) ) so the trip was worth it.

After I got home I dated everything, and then looked at the stack of things I had yet to put away. Everything is now put away but my inventory is 3 months behind...

The bib lettuce that was root locked (had about 20 plants in a cereal bowl) still looks like it is in shock, I hope the transplants spring back. The 8 tiny spinach plants I brought in from outside and planted into net pots all look good. I still have about 3 types of plants that need to be moved but I don't have any space for them right now, I may have to transplant them and just sit them on the floor... I'll think about that tomorrow.

I got a lot of cleaning out done today, mostly because it is hard to see at the computer...

I did take a saw and remove the 1"X2" board that I managed to stick in my eye (actually it didn't move, I walked right into it)..... Wish I had done that (cut it that is) 2 weeks ago, but hindsight is 2020... ;)

Not much of nothin. Felt like crap when I got up, last 3 days actually. Hip and back killin me. No idea why, don't recall doing anything to hurt or aggravate them. Had a headache too. Took some meds and used a ice pack for a couple hours. Mostly got it settled down. Hopefully thats over with.
Hate this crap. It was a beautiful day out, low 50's and bright blue skys. Completely wasted day.

I'm going home today. Yesterday I had 6 dogs and 2 cats to take care of. I've been busy for a couple weeks and home very little.

I'm taking care of the two households that are a block away from each other. Two cats at one house, three dogs at the other. I found out that one of the cats has cancer and his days are short. He has had it for 1.5 years, but his symptoms indicate that he could go any day now. I am relieved to see him up and eating when I am there.

Uuuuhg! Bailey was car sick on the way to the vet. So the vet decided to space her vaccines to reduce any possible reactions. 4 weeks we go back hopefully for the last set including her rabies. She got car sick on the way home too. She did eat once she was in the house and is doing well.

I got litter and a new bed for Bailey while we were out. I want 6 months of litter and figure if I grab a bag every time I am at the Petco store I will have it soon. I just have 2 more trips before the vaccines start again next fall. Bailey's appointment in January and the dogs go in February.

Grand daughter and I had fun yesterday.
Strawberry has been walked.
She's sacked out in her chair.
I'm sipping coffee.
Still got lingering headache.
But least not sick with it now.
Been stocking up on few preps as time and money allow.
Rearranging kitchen cabinets to get more stored.
If it warms up today need to go to Wal*Mart for fresh produce.
Dinner is going in crockpot.
Lazy day, I hope.

Good morning! Today, I have to set up my vitamins for the next month.
Make rice for the dog's food.
Find a chicken recipe to PC on Tuesday.
Do some online activity for my health insurance.

Tomorrow, we will drive 70 miles one way for a doc appt. for DH. stop at a thrift shop on the way back and a salvage grocery.

We still have extra dog, still have not heard from "friend" in jail. Only difference is his car is missing. Towed or stolen?

I’ll be pushing and blowing snow clearing my half mile long steep and winding driveway. The snow dump was heavy and deep, which is unusual for this time of year. I spent most of yesterday cleaning the driveway from 20 plus trees, willows and alders that had fallen along the driveway. We don’t normally get the heavy wet snow, so the trees didn‘t do well.

The moose are going to have another long, tough winter as the snow is already hip deep on the mountain. This is the second winter in a row with deep early snow.

Hope all of you injured , sick or in hospital feel better soon

Our dogs and neighbor"s all got into a fight over some dead animal ( it was gone by the time I got my boots on and went looking to see what the commotion was) , one of their little ones got bit probably by one of our big ones but I am sure it was an accident since they know each other and get along usually. I hope it will be ok. Went and told the neighbor
Spent a lot of time cooking today , made Korean food . Then we did finally got a weedeater started. I had the brilliant idea of putting it in the house to warm up. It worked
Now I am going to watch the very last episode of my most favorite tv show ever, Supernatural. I can't believe there won't be any more after this. This is 15 years I have watched. I own all the dvds up to season 11 ( and will get the rest eventually ). It's so weird to feel bad about a stupid tv show ending but I actually do. But I am not the only one. I am on a FB group of Supernatural fans and I am by far the only one.

I am curious about what Korean foods you cook. Daughter is a big fan of Korean food, and most Asian foods. It is about the rice, mostly, I think, since she has a gluten allergy and doesn't do many sandwiches.

We missed 'Person Of Interest' when it went out but not nerly as long as your series. I've had some of my own paranormal experiances. I know their is a supernatural for sure. Sorry your episodes ran out.

One of the cats I'd been taking care of the last few days was put down last evening. He had had lung cancer for 1 1/2 years. Owner told me he was having a hard time and they knew his days were numbered. Everyday when I went to feed him and give him his insulin injection, I was taking videos and photos and sending them to the owners. I could tell he was struggling. When they got home last evening, they realized they needed to take him to the vet. Their friend and neighbor whose house I stayed in sent me a text message today, telling me he was gone now. The cat's owners are devastated. Both the wife and the husband were sobbing. The cat was rescued 10 years ago at the age of 2 weeks. Its mother had died and it and its sister had eye infections. Someone was going to put the litter of kittens down, but she took two of them, fed them with eye droppers and saved them. Such a sad day.

When they first met, she had the cats, and he wasn't a fan of cats. He grew to be very attached to them.

Its never easy to lose a pet you've had for years. Hate to hear it.

Seems like we’ve been putting a lot of miles on our rig lately. Friday we had to head over to the Seattle area for a meeting with a friend/financial consultant. I was looking forward to seeing her but dreading going over there. It is the land of the zombies but we actually fared well. Stayed in the nicest little bnb cottage we’ve seen, had meeting with friend, walked around a little then met friend and her husband for dinner. Came home Saturday. Hubby and I both woke by about 3AM this morning. Had another meeting about 8 this morning with a contractor to get some work done on the mountain house. Came home and got studded tires on the car finally. Our hog went to butcher yesterday so am hoping for a ham for Christmas. Tomorrow is back to work.
@dademoss You get yourself better. I don’t care how cute the nurses are.
@Bacpacker hope your back is feeling better. A hot epsom salt bath soak???
@MoBookworm1957 glad your headache is subsiding.
Know I’m missing some - sorry.
Oh don’t mix Korean food and milk products. Don’t ask me how I know.
