Going to work! Still some lingering rain around! My back is still not up to working, but I can't miss today!

Change of plans! My back hit an all time low this morning, I called my Tuesday couple and told them I'm not coming!! Hopefully I can rest it today and get back at it tomorrow!! Not good !!!

There was actually a group of black women not too long ago who were saying white women should not use the term "Karen"! It was made up by black women and should only be used by black women!! I'll try to find the article!!

That explains it. They aren't very creative are they?

Have you tried Alleve? That is the OTC version of Naprosyn, which is what I was always given for back issues.

I take it frequently when I know I am going to have an active day, and it really helps my knees.

Lower back? Do you do stretches? For lower back pain, knees to chest while lying on the floor. Can do one knee and then the other, or you can do both knees together and using your hands, pull knees close to you. Lots of videos out there.

Sciatica!! And thank you, yes are are great videos for lower back and sciatica issues! This morning is shooting pain down my left leg severely! The pain has been so bad that I've hardly eaten in a few days! Praying for a miracle today!! I will watch this and other Brad and Bob videos shortly!! Thanks again Weedy!!

The push-ups help. Also standing against a counter top of the right height and flexing backwards help relieve the pressure on the nerves.
Brad and Bob are awesome, great videos for many different things. The taller one now has some disease and has mostly dropped out of the videos. Some younger guy has stepped in

Sciatica stinks. Sorry for you, Pearl. I have lower back and right leg sciatica. Not too bad today. Get ahold of a few mg of steriods like predisolone. It'll take the swelling down. Diclofenac cream from Walmart helps, too. And Aleve. Those are my tricks up my sleeve.

Was ready to go vote and to the post office, but the driver for husband's meds is on his way and will not leave it on the rocking chair. Bummer. Have to wait. They usually leave it, and the dog is in his cage, so he won't eat it. Husband getting a shower.

Thanks so much my friends!! I keep Prednisone in my snake bite kit, took one, and I'm an Ibuprofen fan! Did the McKenzie push ups, then went outside and walked around a bit! Definitely a little better! I really have to do these things in the beginning of a problem like this and not pretend I'm 25 and I can work it out!! Now that the excruciating pain is easing I'll eat something!!

He again pushed me to exhaustion! I'm so tired now!!

It's amazing how weak my muscles have gotten in so short a period of time, particularly hips and legs. But also my upper body is weak as well.

Guess I'll be suffering for the rest of the day.

Car is fixed, and ready for Winter. Errands are run. The Boss' bar is restocked, so she can make her Brandy Alexanders whenever she wants. I am now putting a rear end in a recliner.

Ha Ha, there was one other person voting when I went in. The counter said they had taken 109 votes by noon. One couple came in when I was leaving and they said he couldn't vote because he didn't have a state or federal issued something with his photo on it. I gave my dl, and while the lady was holding it, she asked me my address. The told me to sign and compared my signature.

Worked on the porch and finally got it finished. Stairs included. All I like now is putting up the lattice, which needs painting

Got up, worked out, cleaned up, drove to the polling center, stood in line to vote, voted, watched some cops break up a clash between protestors, went to work, came home, noted that are at least 2x the security officers working compared to normal, collected my mail, flirted with the counter woman, went to the apartment, changed clothes, grabbed some tea and here I am.

Also.. there were only two dems on the ballot, you can guess one, the other was for my state supreme court chief justice. 17 other offices had repubs running unopposed. Yeah, i live in a red state thats fed up with all the nonsense.

I sadly don't live in a red state. Still, I voted for one democrat in the election. I always do. Just want to keep them confused as to what the hell I'm doing or thinking.
