how many more episodes till they take a vacation again?

So they've allowed a Congress person to remove their second amendment rights. This show is becoming too stupid to watch anymore. After everything they've been through, there is no way they would have given up every one of their guns and no one should have asked them to do so, especially the Congress person who wants Rick to be Constable - how can you be the sheriff without a gun? And the Congresswoman's son doesn't want to kill the zombie that killed his friend. Really? Really? Does he really think that he's making it suffer?
I have seen so much stupid writing lately. People who do stupid stuff, that defy common sense, deserve to die in an apocalypse. Especially if it's fiction!

Technically, he didn't. He had the one he had stashed in the blender (only to find it went missing). I think this is because the 3 exiled group members (and their new clan, no doubt) were stalking Rick's group too, and saw this stash. Just a theory.

Still though, at least they kept some weapons that weren't firearms (and Darryl had his crossbow).

Seems like they've been pretty sheltered from the main horde attacks, so they may not even have all the info Rick's group does on the zombie physiology. They may honestly think they are making it suffer. They obviously were yelling at it, as if that mattered to it.

Unlike Woodbury, their walls don't seem to have any walkways for patrolling (which is why it was so easy for the girl to sneak out). My guess is that the girl is in cahoots with the Exiles and their likely gang...and that she's there to spy on the community, until the time is right. Better yet, I bet the Congresswoman expects a confrontation soon, which is why she was so eager for Rick's group to be brought into the fold.

I think my theory is panning out, based on last episode.

How about creepy Carol threatening the kid!!!??? That was classic, and definitely the highlight of the episode for me (just as it was so unexpected). A lot of this episode was clearly about just how scary and ruthless Rick's group has become, even while maintaining the "family" they've become. There were smaller examples of this throughout the episode.

My guess on Jessie's husband is that he's abusive of Jessie, so he'll likely buy it at some point (and probably by Rick's hand).

Another guess is that the "Wolves" are the ones carving W's in the foreheads of some of these zombies, probably because they were used by the group in some way (either as a ward or as a protective layer for their camp, and some wandered off....while the first group in a previous episode crashed en-route). Another assumption is that the 3 exiles the Congress lady mentioned, are the leaders of the Wolves (likely a marauding group).

I agree a conflict is coming with the exiles, and the creepy girl is definately spying for them. The congress woman is certainly aware they needed more security, but I was suprised when she balked about the 24hr lookout and the fence guard. I was shocked at Carols "teeth baring" on the kid as well, but shouldn't have been. She's shown how tough she actually is many times. I like how sweet and normal she looked around the other women. I figured Darryl would have left eventually as adjusting to mayberry was going to be to tough for him, but it looks like he found some peace now. Overall, it's not as good as the first season, but I'm still eagerly waiting for each new episode!

The bit I do not get is why this village is not under siege like the prison or the cannibal community was by hoards of zombies, I agree the girl is a spook for the wolves, don't think Daryl is turning gay though.

It seems they never really had to deal with a lot of walkers like others have. Maybe their geography, distance, etc.? It was set as a safe zone, according to the show. Pretty thick woods around the community too, so maybe that's a factor.

Personally, I don't understand why EVERY community isn't surrounded by a deep trench (filled with oil and stakes) and pikes, but that's just me I guess. Seems to be a rather simple solution that's been around since Medieval times. That way, if you get a horde, light em up in the trench, and you're ready for more. Meanwhile, those able to get out of the trench then run right into the pikes and get stuck, like zombie shishkabob.....

^ then they wouldnt have a show . It'd be the floating/burned dead :)

LOL, true, but really, in this show's mythos, you have to be pretty unaware to get killed by a zombie (which is why I'm surprised it happens so much). The real threat comes from the other survivors.

In Noah's home town the word Wolf....... was painted on a curb/wall . The little girl Im sure is a spy , She knows these new folks can fight is the reason she don't like them . I think Rick knows the cutie's Husband is bad and He's going to have to deal with him sooner or later . He's not loseing it He's taking stock of the situation .

I don't think there's any danger of Darryl going gay, lol. I think the comment that he can tell a bad guy from a good guy, really hit home....and was kind of a validation for him. In addition, he's pretty happy about the bike.

I can't wait to see what happens tonight. The preview looked like a horde of undead is coming to attack them, which makes us all wonder why. If it hasn't happened in all this time why now that they are there is it happening???

Bloody hell that was a bit brutal, I think the priest is in line for a bullet as well as the wife beating doctor.

I think the mini horde was directed there by the Wolves.

Yeah, the cutie's hubby is going to get it...though by Carol or Rick is anyone's guess. I think Carol was simply getting Rick's OK on it to move herself.

That priest is definitely in need of a bullet. What the hell is his deal? They saved your sorry ass you nitwit! So, what the heck was the scream we heard after that? Was that just a weird cut scene or what?

I will have to watch this episode agin , fast paced and Im not sure what happened at the construction site .

I think the scream was the survivors coming back with the injured girl. Next weeks trailor shows them standing round four fresh graves.

Well, I'm sure I remember at least a couple dying at the construction site. So graves are probably for them.
I try to avoid seeing the previews to be honest, as they routinely give too much away sometimes. I'd rather be surprised as the story writers intended. But fun to speculate.

Knowing how they tend to flashback and bring up things from the past that were left unanswered , In the Govonor's last episode his Girlfriend finishes him off then it never shows what happend to her .
Yea the newest previews indicate the next show will be full of action .

You've seen the "If Darryl Dies, We Riot" memes? Now, there's a "If Gabriel Doesn't Die, We Riot" one....(i.e. the priest)

I don't watch the previews either, just takes away the fun and suspense. The preacher is definately a nut case, and hope to see him get eaten over a bullet. I wonder if they are misdirecting us on the abusive hubby. There may be a twist there. There is probably going to be some mistrust over the governors son dying too. I am definately enjoying this season!

I think it's the wife that's the abuser.. That will be the twist. He kills the husband only to find out that the wife was a bit unstable....

Would be an interesting twist (and explain why the kid acted out on mom's sculpture), but I don't think so. I think Carol has enough experience to read it right...and the dad sure is showing the signs. #porchdick as they called him on Talking Dead, lol.....

Pretty good episode! (Spoiler alert...but seriously?)

Rick and the hubby go at it, and I think we're seeing that madam mayor is no longer a fan of the newbies after her son bit it. I'm still trying to figure out how these folks actually survived....they don't really seem like they ever had to deal with the zombies before.

I'm still betting that the W zombies are being led in by the former exiles.

That's why her exile solution sucks....they just come back, and ticked off.

With the amount of W walkers showing up I bet the attack is close . I think Mashone knocked Rick out to try and keep him from being exiled .

Most likely (on the knockout).

You'd think Jessie would at least be an accomplished nurse, 2 years after the zombie apocalypse, and married to a surgeon, but then again, these folks don't seem to be too concerned with REAL survival skills... More medically trained folks though, would mean less reliance on the surgeon.

Good thing Rick heals well on his own....

Nice finale episode! (Spoilers if you haven't seen it!)

They did a good job of scaring us into some of the leads biting it...especially Glenn, Daryll, and Rick.....
Only downside, Gabriel still lives. WTHeck???

So good to see Morgan finally finding Rick...but the circumstances? Well....awkward...... Personally, if I were Morgan, I would have written "Should have walked away" on the inside car windows (and broke their legs), but hey, that's just me.

Carol continues to be one bad mutha..... Don't mess with Carol.
Loved it when she called Rick "Sunshine", like she was talking to a toddler...lol.

Was nice to see the Mayor lady "get it" finally. Took the death of her hubby, but honestly, I think we all expected him to lose his life here anyhow.

I'm hoping Glenn is bringing back the loser to basically "fess up" to trying to kill him, etc. Personally, I would have just killed the guy though. Who needs that guy gunning for you, AGAIN!!!??? Not to mention he may take it out on Maggie. (assuming the Mayor doesn't exile him).

Yes great episode . The spin off may be better than I have heard (all speculation) . I dont read the comics but looked them up on the net and read a quick condenced article and seems there is a lot to come next season .
