Flew in to Phoenix and drove to El Centro tonight. Got a free upgrade on the rental car, from a Volkswagen Jetta to a Honda Accord. That's the 3rd time in a row I've gotten a free upgrade, and this one is pretty nicely decked out. Leather, heated seat, etc. But the seats are terribly uncomfortable. Hondas must be made for short people...

We don’t know what the breathing issue was. Was a week and a 1/2 all stats were normal the whole time. Didn’t seem to resolve being off the vitamins. However it was only 2 days I was completely off before today when I woke up breathing fine but with a sore throat and chest up high. Yes some of the new additions were herbal so could be the cause. I’m still off them. I feel far better being able to breath so I’m happier I think. Lol Took my core vitamins today and still breathing fine. Who knows. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m still quarantining just to be safe.

I had a headache the first days of the breathing problem and a grumbly tummy. We thought it might be Covid at first but got zero other symptoms.

..'Other symptoms'... as-innn, the 'tell-tale of the Delta strain' (loss of taste / smell)? Or... Other? Curiously sounds like possibly a 'mild case' of Delta, or perhaps this 'Omicron'-dealeo (since you now-mention Upper-respiratory / throat discomforts..)

..Glad to hear you 'kicked' the deeper-lung issue, but.. If it were Me, I might look into getting tested, just to 'see'.. (as Then, you might consider a 'treatments-attack adjustment'..)

Suppose it Could also be an 'odd-presentation' of some level of allergy to one of the Herbals, but.. Typically, if-so, it wouldn't have taken 'That long' to lessen-symptoms, once pausing them..

Perhaps an Actual Doctor (paging Dr Jenner 🧐 ;) might weigh in (and, Sorry if that has 'already been covered', I only went back a few pages to peruse the saga..) Just a few thoughts..

Lol! No. Nothing has been covered.
No other symptoms at all related to Covid. Just a rumbly tummy (definitely from the herbal vitamins) no fever. All stats normal. No cough. Taste and smell fine. Who knows what it is. I have health issues and react to a lot of things others don’t. Time will tell I guess….. or not. lol

I tried to post earlier but internet crapped out. Dental appointment went well. I'm scheduled for the last of my fillings and a cleaning next month. Its so nice to have that tooth whole again. The missing chunk was annoying me. My dentist is a sweetheart and has a good sense of humor. Always being very encouraging and making sure I'm comfortable.

Had to wait in line at the pharmacy a very long time and turns out people behind me (who I know and who were talking to me he whole time) have Covid. They claimed it was just a cold but later their sister told me they lied. They exposed her and my friend & the baby as well. But they are moving out today.

I've already been having sinus crud (prior to the run-in with them) and this morning I'm feeling nauseous. Pretty sure its from post-nasal drip. This weather has been bipolar. Too warm one day and too cold the next. I've been having a bit of a wet cough, headache, etc. Stuff I usually get from a cold or allergies. But, since I was possibly exposed to Covid I'm going to have to figure out how to not expose my mother.

DoubleR, I'm glad your respiratory issues are gone.

I have a standard floor drill & I picked up two table top drills used, as spares. I was lucky they fell into my lap at a good price. I use one all the time, the other is on stand by. I have a small machine lathe that I never use these days, but the drill I can not live without.
What kind of handle scales are you issuing on your dagger, Aerindel?

Spent 7 hours yesterday fishing cable from a wall switch up and over to the ceiling. Wall switch did power a wall outlet, now it will power 10 LED ceiling lights in our living room. Today drill the other 9 - 6” holes in the ceiling, drill though joists and pull cable. Hope to finish today. Later patch the ceiling drywall above the switch.

Isn't that the truth?! 82 Sunday and 52 yesterday.

Will walk and walk dogs a little later this morning. It was 32 when I got up.
Doing our personal filing from '21 today.
Making Ham and scalloped potatoes all from the pantry and freezer.
Church tonight for 30 minutes of prayer.

Living room ceiling light project.

Found the upstairs water and drain lines with a flashlight instead of the flex bit! Yea!

Also found I can’t drill across three ceiling joists with a six foot flex bit by myself. Flex bit hit the top of the third joist and I drilled though the upstairs floor, fortunately under the enclosed bath tub.

I could cut the ceiling drywall in four more locations (more to patch) or wait until one of the sons are back in state to help.

Thinking I’ll finishing drilling the 6” LED holes in the ceiling, run what cable I can and plug the holes with the LED fixtures until I have help.

Wait a minute. Where I drilled though the floor is almost four feet from the outside wall. Tub isn’t four feet wide…under wife’s hope chest in the bathroom?!?!

Holes are 39” from outside wall and the upstairs tub is 45”. I’m good. 😜

Little granddaughter back to school, so we have a house to ourselves again. Been a long time considering we just had 2 weeks of Christmas break. Going to the post office, going into the city for husband's weekly allergy shots, taking a walk if the weather holds after lunch. It was 30 this morning, but supposed to get up into the 50's this afternoon. That's a good enough temp for me.

I just got woken up by my brother bc my friend called to tell him that his power had been cut off. He paid the bill less than 2 weeks ago. Bc it's been so high he has applied for assistance (but is still waiting) and paid half of the bill. The last few months he has not been getting his power bill & they keep shutting his power off w/o notice and then he has to pay a reconnect fee. They also have late fees. So, his power was shut off with zero notice (despite them having a 20 day grace period and him having made some paymnt) and they say he owes them over $1k.

Autopay! I used to work such long hours that I just didn't pay good enough attention to my bills. I put as much on autopay as I could, because then the bill gets paid and I don't have to think more than a couple seconds a month about it.

Sounds like you need to get to the doc, INresponse. Hope you feel better.

I haven't had insurance since they made it "affordable" and still have to pay off my appendectomy. I know it is stress/anxiety related because I have to finish the house so I can pull money out of it to pay off the bills. The holidays are over, that is the worst of the stress. Should be a family time and I only get the boys for a few days so everything leading up to it just wears on me, this year it was just a lot worse. If I did go to the doctor I suspect they want to give me anti-anxiety meds which I wont take, and the blood pressure problem is occasional/situational so they wont give me BP meds. When needed, bedtime is bourbon time. Very relaxing late in the evening.

Made progress on the electrical yesterday. My line tracer is crap for anything that is near or connected to the breaker panel because of the electrical interference, static noise. The line tracer I borrowed from a neighbor works much better and I was able to trace the one electrical feed and verify it was the one I couldn't figure out a couple months ago. when I settled on just connecting the two backs of outlets into just one circuit. Soooo, I installed a single 20 amp outlet in the garage and connected the line back into the breaker panel. Wah-Lah, a single 20 amp outlet in the garage that can be used for a welder or heater or other high draw electrical item. Today I will complete the system with the fire alarms and wire in the outlets in the bedroom. If I have time I will do the last bank of outlets by the kitchen sink. and then the outlet for where the stove vent fan will someday be installed.

Autopay is helpful unless someone is barely getting by. When you make an oops and something tries to go through on autopay the bank may charge an insufficient funds fee and make things even worse.
